Bungie said you would get the emblems, they are awarded by something else once TTK drops.

I'm more thinking about how you wasted the XP those quests give, mine are all complete just not turned in, once I get my new subclass it's going to be an XP bonanza (20 daily event packages, 10 5k bounties, 6 3k bounties, 2 subclass quests, plus I have a couple focused light to get the 50% more from all those).

Eh,I'm not too worried about it. I'm saving up a full course of bounties and some public event/rep packages. I still have the other subclass quests to complete for each character.

For every 2,500 you have try to do a 3,000 instead.

Depends, it doesn't matter when you decrypt them, it's just infinitely better to not hit another cryptarch level before tuesday so your cryptarch package contains new engrams.

Xur is at the Tower by Lord Shaxx. He is selling the Helm of Inmost Light, Celestial Nighthawk, Apotheosis Veil, NLB, and Exotic Chest engram. Also Bungie reduced the amount of heavy synthesis you get from him to 3, and he is not selling any exotic shards.

Played a little Crucible last night to complete test those Armsday weapons. The sniper rifle was meh and I'm not a fan of fusion rifles, but one thing for sure is that auto rifles are back! I haven't tried using one since the nerf so for all I know they could've been back for some time now, but what I do know is that using Suros I was wrecking house like the days of old.

Played a little Crucible last night to complete test those Armsday weapons. The sniper rifle was meh and I'm not a fan of fusion rifles, but one thing for sure is that auto rifles are back! IMO I have not been impressed with Autos. Still not as good as The Last Word. For me, it's not even close.

That's the point of the weapons rebalance. ARs can compete with other guns at their optimum ranges. If you are good with hand cannons before the patch you will still be. But now other weapons can also play. I've topped the board with a hand cannon. Auto rifle and pulse rifle since Tuesday.

I agree, I think I just suck with the Autos. Will have to put in more time with them.

Way too many posts to wade through. If you guys aren't already aware , starting tomorrow you can trade in the vanilla version of Destiny to Gamestop to get $20 towards the purchase of The Taken King. The offer should be good through the 21st.

I thought it would've been really cool if he sold a TTK exotic that no one could equip or use. Not really understanding the drop of heavy ammo synth from 5 to 3.
