two of my sterling boxes gave me the taken armors.....gonna hope the three next week gets me more i want the whole set. Also, my god how i missed Patience and Time. It was and still is my favorite Destiny sniper.


now i'm just running challenges to get the Queensbreaker and Lord of Wolves.


All in all its pretty fun. I liked PoE, and at least this time each round in the regular PoE has a modifier. Which i thought they would do from the start back in House of Wolves.

The smart loot and 1:1 infusion introduced with this update has made this game a joy.

People are already 335 and will be by the end of the week/next week but being able to have so many different sets of armors and being able to max rolls is fantastic.

Trying out different weapons is easier and better than ever and PvP is really a better place because of it.

Yes! Good we'll have to do Trials Runs and stuff, we have a good group.

Grim Citizen is awesome, can't wait to get it again. I have 2 Longbows already and I got my bae The Devil You Know too.

I like that it makes the grind less grindy but man. I feel like you shouldn't be able to just do CoE repeatedly and get awesome gear. Seems insane.

And after last night's exotic success I did it twice today and got Lord of Wolves. So in 4 rounds I got all 3 new old exotics.

This reminds me of House of Wolves last year where the quality of life changes were awesome.

Then taken king dropped and the farm festival came back to the game. I imagine something similar is happening between now and septembers expansions.

If I have not played in over a year is it even worth trying to get back into Destiny or is the game so far progressed that it would be hell trying to catch up? Kind of hit my wall with Division last night.

I'd say do it. The grind is more manageable than ever. I was a lapsed player too. Stopped in November of Year 1. Bought it last January after hearing how Taken King fixed so many things I hated and I'm 500 hours in.

Just bought the expansions and downloading the game & expansions while at work so I guess I'm jumping back in after work. Also bought 2k silver just for grins. What could/should I use that on.

edit: just read up on it. did i just buy something that can only buy dance emotes? I was hoping it could at least buy some cool cosmetics.

Most people who play a lot either keep doing the same thing over and over again or switch it up between strikes, Crucible, Prison of Elders, Raid and patrol. It's manageable for sure.

Use it on Sterling Treasure boxes. You'll get cool looking armor.

Really? Haven't tried it yet but from what I've been reading it seems like it would be quite easy.

Might be annoying on a hunter but the other two classes seems like it would be a breeze.
