Re: The Witcher 3
Quick question: can you play the DLC after finishing the original story or do you have to do it before? I absolutely loved the game and got about 75% thrust but after over 100+ hours I burnt myself out. I probably haven't played it in over a year, but I'd line to get back into it.

Re: The Witcher 3
Hearts of Stone you could play anytime, level permitting. Blood and Wine I would recommend playing after you finish the main game and Hearts of Stone. B&W is more of the ending of the whole story.Quick question: can you play the DLC after finishing the original story or do you have to do it before? Re: The Witcher 3
I had a 10 hour plane ride with the wife so i played on my laptop for like 7 hours. So awkward when the inevitable nudity popped up on screen.

You must have had some pretty nice seats. Most decent gaming laptops aren't small. I've been on 12+ hour plane rides where something like this would have been helpful, but there's just not enough room to bust out a laptop.
I usually go the 3DS/iPad route.
Anyways.. I've been diving back into this game a little bit lately. I'm lvl 50 on NG+, but I haven't touched the game in months. There's definitely a slight graphical and performance improvement playing on my PS4 Pro. I expected to be a little lost, but after a few minutes of exploring I'm right back in the thick of things.
It's a nice change of pace from playing through Horizon Zero Dawn.Last edited by AUChase; 05-27-2017, 03:26 AM.Comment

Re: The Witcher 3
Sorry if I ask this already fellas but can't remeber for the life of me
If I download the new game + from the PlayStation store I just restart the game again with all my gear I have accumulated
Also will I level still?
Thanks for any tips

Re: The Witcher 3
You will retain your gear, items, loot in any trunk at the inns, stats, and character level. Weapons/armor won't be over-powered for long as everything essentially gets a 30 level increase compared to the base game.

Re: The Witcher 3
I just picked this up last week as I couldn’t bring myself to continue with Skyrim. The longer I played the more it felt like the old game that it is. I’m on PS4

Re: The Witcher 3
Did anyone else have issues with the Touissant Expansion pack? Specifically, the game keeps crashing and signing my gamertag out as soon as I walk into a certain area of a bandit camp. If I lure the bandits out of the camp, I can keep fighting them, but if I step foot into the center of the camp, my xbox gamertag signs off and the game crashes to the title screen
Its getting pretty annoying I gotta say.

Re: The Witcher 3
So no achievement for getting all of the question marks in skellige or am I just missing a few?
I swear I cleared the entire map of question marks. It started to turn into a chore after awhile honestly.

Those treasure hunts are annoying because rarely do you get anything worthwhile and having to sail to all those islands were a slog.

Re: The Witcher 3
That's why you turn off points of interests. I learned this within the first couple of hours during my first playthrough, that they would only serve as a mostly meaningless distraction. It's typical open-world filler and not worth it for an Achievement/Trophy. I was glad to see an option to turn those off, so I wouldn't even get tempted. There's more than enough quality content and exploration isn't really what The Witcher is about.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment
