That's for sure. You don't really beat her, just escape her. That beast in chapter 10 is awful too.

The first time you see her you can actually kill her with 2 flame bolts, the next time she's invincible and you just have to run away, which is cheap in my opinion, why make the same enemy killable 1 time and not the next? make a new enemy if that's the case.

I totally agree. I am enjoying this game, but I personally feel it is cheap quite a bit.

I hated the Alpha Boss in chapter 10. Now, I will admit I'm not the best player; only really takings up non sports games within the last couple of years, but I'm not terrible either. It took me hours to clear chapter 10. People on boards were commenting how easy it was to beat it. I would try all the same tactics with no luck. When I did defeat it, everything fell together and was easy but nothing really different than how I had gone about it the previous 700 times. Chapter 10 was ridiculous because you had to fight basically 2 bosses. I'm not wanting games too easy, just not cheap.

Ok, I'm through boo hooing. Suck it up and play.

How long does it take to beat the game? Is it worth picking it up for $30?

It took me about 14 hours to finish. I didn't bother looking for all the collectibles though, only found about 50%. I was rather disappointed in the lack of real creepiness and thought the difficulty was forced by OP enemies rather than any true strategy needed to kill them. And there wasn't really any point where I had to avoid a fight due to lack of supplies.

for $30 I'd say you're good, I paid 70 (in Canada) then got 40 back for trade in and don't regret it.

With all due respect, I don't think you need much more feedback that hasn't already been given.

TEW will not win the game of the year, but you will be diving into a fun, exciting, intense game that won't disappoint.

It's true, if you liked Resident Evil 4, you'll like this game. I bought this game because of its comparisons to RE4.

Here's one vote for unwrapping and getting after it!

this game is moor frustrating than it is scary bout to start chapter 4. I wonder if get enough xp to fill all the stats b/4 game ends.

i'll finish it than probably never touch it again maybe some where down the road. the zombies run faster than you and longer wtf the guy with chain saw is Usian Bolt for 100 meters with chain saw in air while u can't run 10 meters without fatigue

Finally, finally finished this game, thank God! I think this game provided more frustration than enjoyment. I still stand by the endorsement that if you can pick this game up for 20 bucks, go for it. I wouldn't pay more than that nor expect more than that.

Spoiler

The final undercard boss battles were ridiculous. Having to beat the chainsaw guy for a third time and not just one Keeper but two? Then the main event battle was a glorified qte sequence. Very disappointing.

Now onto Far Cry 4!

I constantly wanted to put a bullet in his brain. This game was disappointing when you consider who made it. I paid $30 for it and I'm ok with that but I can see why it was going for 34.99 during last week's sales.
