All of the systems will at least offer a HD. MS is waiting to see how sony will hadle there Hd situation before they commit, but from what i have been hearing XNext will come with the same size Hd as xbox, but you can bet there will be a 120 Gb version available if you want it....

So you think Microsoft would LIE to game developers and publishers about their new console just because they're waiting on Sony? That's very unlikely. If they're going to have a bigger HD then they have now don't you think they'd be pimping this info out to anybody that would listen? I mean it's not like Sony could just suddenly scrap R&D and production of PS3 simply cuz they've found out Microsoft is putting out a bigger and better HD.

IT would be insanely increadibly stupid for Microsoft to not include backwards compatiblity and a hard drive.

The thing is if they dont add a harddrive thinking well save 50 bucks well end up spending 40 bucks a memory card anyway and there is a lot of d/l info from live and gamesm like ncaa dynasty takes up a ton of room.

                        Two things:

                        - MS would slit their own throats if they dropped the HD

                        - How many people honestly take advantage of the backward capability on the PS2? A PSOne game has NEVER been on my PS2. And, I don't think an Xbox game would go on my Xbox Next.
