    I am 110% positive there will be no backwards compatibility. Different CPU manufacturer with completely different architecture, different graphics chipset manufacturer...Sorry, guys, no Xbox games on Xbox NEXT.

                              You can do alot of things without a HD.

                              The gamecube does not have a hard-drive but it now has linux running on it and the guys that did that without the cube SDK. Imagine what you could do with the official SDK of the console.
