... the cheapest and lamest kind of manipulation possible. To me, it just seems like an easy way to get a reaction if all they're going to do is have us spend the majority of the game building up a rapport with a character and then kill them off. It wasn't even a surprise to me having played TWD. I knew as soon as the police were surrounding the Woodlands that Snow was dead.

Anyway, I really enjoyed the experience.

At least for me the way they built Snow up I thought she was in it for the long haul, when I saw the cops I immediately thought it was going to be Belle. I'm usually pretty good at picking up on stuff like that but they caught me off guard.

I love these games, I sit there while that timer slowly ticks down quickly going back and forth over every single option, then when I finally have to make my choice I'll go through that period of time where it's like damn I wish I would've picked the other option. I refuse to do a second play through until I beat it with my original choices though so I stick with my choices no matter if I regret them, the more I think about my play through after initially disliking a couple of my picks I have come around entirely on one but still likely would change one in hindsight

wouldn't have torn off the arm, ok make that two I would've gone to the prince before toad but his seemed urgent at the time, but after initially thinking I'd have rather arrested the woodsman I am happy I opted for dee in the heat of the moment

Then again they could open the next episode with the option of do you want coffee or milk with your breakfast and I'd spend the duration of the timer agonizing over how each is likely to change things

I don't feel like it was cheap at all, I had my suspicion when I saw the cops but didn't feel like I had been cheated of anything.

I chose the woodsman and am glad I did. I feel like he didn't kill her but he definitely knows something else about what is going on.

I do hope they fix the frame rate issues, they do get quite annoying.

Just downloaded this via iOS.... Playing it on my iPhone... I'm about to get an iPad Mini.... God I miss my consoles... Cant wait to get the money to get a new one.... This game is very cool... I love all the Fables intertwined

I am not usually into unrealistic games like this, but I downloaded it because it was free. I loved the TWD, but I am also loving this game so far. Great story!

I just went and bought the season pass for $10. Still have to play TWD 300 days and Season 2. If you are on the fence about this game, give it a try. The fighting is amazing lol.

I wasn't familiar with the comics but I love what Tell Tale did with The Walking Dead so I thought I'd cheek this out. SO glad I did as this is another home run. Very cool and unique story.

Wish episode 2 would get here already, couple more weeks and we'll be at 3 months since episode 1, I know TWD had some episodes that seemed to take forever to release but were they ever this long?

TWD was my game of the year in 2012 and episode one of TWAU is brilliant!

But I will never, ever purchase a Telltale game day one any more because of the wait time between episodes. TWAU episodes 1 to 2 delay was the last straw.

With TV shows, even one week is sometimes enough for me to get a little fuzzy on the story. But this??? Even if I was going to DL episode 2 (which I'm not) I'd have to replay 1 again.

I'll wait until the disc versions are released from now on.

It's not like me to get angry at a video game company, let alone one I hold as beloved as Telltale. But yeah, I'm frustrated.

Yeah I agree, they need to release them on a monthly basis (once every 4 weeks not like Nov 1 then Dec 28th), I've forgotten a lot of the story already (I'm sure it'll come back once I start playing) but 3 months is ridiculous for an episodic based game, at this rate it would take over a year for all 5 episodes to release.

A delay on occasion would even be understandable but this is crazy.

Telltale Games has announced that the long-awaited second chapter of its episodic series The Wolf Among Us will be released in the first week of February. Finally!

At this rate we'll be wrapping up season 1 in early 2015.

Agreed Cardsfan, it's ridiculous that it took this long for episode 2. Thankfully for me I just beat Episode 1 so it isn't as long of a wait for me.
I wonder if part of the reason there was a delay is because they were also working on Game of Thrones and Season 2 of The Walking Dead.
