Our nearly four month wait to continue Bigby Wolf's adventure will end tomorrow. Telltale has announced that The Wolf Among Us: Episode 2 -- Smoke and Mirrors is set for release on Tuesday, February 4.

After teasing us with a "coming soon" trailer last week, Telltale made the formal announcement on Twitter:

I started Episode 2 last night. I absolutely love this story. I think I even like this better than the TWD.

I don't think it's in the same universe as TWD, TWAU is nothing more than a good cop/bad cop story game. It does it very well don't get me wrong, and I'm enjoying the heck out of it. Just don't think the story is really that good IMO.

TWD was my game of the year in 2012 and episode one of TWAU is brilliant!

But I will never, ever purchase a Telltale game day one any more because of the wait time between episodes. TWAU episodes 1 to 2 delay was the last straw.

With TV shows, even one week is sometimes enough for me to get a little fuzzy on the story. But this??? Even if I was going to DL episode 2 (which I'm not) I'd have to replay 1 again.

I'll wait until the disc versions are released from now on.

It's not like me to get angry at a video game company, let alone one I hold as beloved as Telltale. But yeah, I'm frustrated.

Agree 100%. Loved the first episode - but decided to pass on this series for now and will probably wait until all episodes are released. It's frustrating to invest time in this game and build up anticipation only to have to wait 4+ months for "episodic" content. I have already forgotten half the story and I don't want to play episode 2 only to have to wait another 3-4 months for the next one.

Not sure if I have the same willpower to hold off on TWD though. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come now that they have Game of Thrones and Borderlands on their plate as well.

Don't get me wrong I actually love both games. TWAU world is just "fresher" to me I guess. I never read any of the Fables so all of this is new to me. Of course, I'll be there to DL TWD Episode 2 the day that it drops too. I'm there for Game of Thrones, as well. TellTale is quickly becoming one of my favorite developers.

My guess is that was a glamour of Crane and he didn't really do it. It would be awesome if he was the killer though.

I can't wait till we here some info on the Game of Thrones one. I am hoping they can deliver on that series because GoT needs a good game around that universe imo.

Really enjoying this so far I think I like it better then TWD season 2. It seems like the action and fighting make it different enough from TWD. Only bad thing is im one fable short on each epsiode so I guess I'll have to go back and play them again to get all the trophies.

I'm on 360 and did the same thing and still ended up an achievement short on each episode. I don't know what I'm doing wrong either.

Have you tried looking at IGN or another site to get a walkthrough and see where to get the one you are missing? Thats my plan but havent got around to it.
