Looks like if a friend is playing TF and invites you, you can join the server. One loophole for the server issue.

Yep, the email method worked for me as well.

And I'm also getting 3MB per second from the Origin store, so it's going to be a while before this bad boy downloads.

I keep getting a download error. I get up to around 60%, then origin tells me about the error. Go to restart and it's back to 37% again. Right before it gets the error, the download speed goes up to around 24 MB per second then just stops.
