While I feel your pain, I think not having fast travel is one of the subtle ways that makes this game great. The whole feel is that anytime you are out, your life is at risk - fast traveling would enable you to simply skip out on that risk. It also helps lengthen the game because people actually end up doing side quests and random scavenging instead of just blowing through the main campaign in a matter of hours.

Re: Dying Light
There is a fast travel to travel between maps if that's that you mean? There's one in each of the main towers. So once you run the sewer once you don't need to do it again. Hope that helps. It brekens tower its in one of the shops (the one that also has a bed in same room, it's a poster. The other im not as sure of but I'm 90%sure it's in your main room in the old town tower.Comment

Re: Dying Light
Yeah and if you look at the map, like when your paused. (Maps hard to read with everything so small) you can actually see when you look at the tower and the other stuff inside it'll show the point for where the fast travel is.
*note idk of the map works when your IN the tower but when your out of the tower and you pull it up it'll show quartermaster, the shops or whatever and it'll show the fast travel point. Sorry for the rant but I have a hard time describing it.Comment

I got it. Thanks for the heads up. So much better not having to deal with the sewers.Comment

Re: Dying Light
Anybody else have moments where you nearly crap your pants playing this game? some scary moments especially when you turn around and there is suddenly a zombie that seems to have come out of no where... love this game but it is pretty freak at times. Also any buddy enter that one apartment complex? it's just packed full of zombies.. walked in.. went up the stairs died and decided not to try again till I found better weapons.Jacksonville Jaguars

Re: Dying Light
Lets see if this works. Took some pics from Dying Light last night since I got all my new PC parts installed. Game is running at 30 to 50 frames with the I5, Z97 board, 8 gig of ram, on the outdated 560 ti. I should be ordering a new video card soon but this one will make due till then. Amazing how beautiful this game is though.

Re: Dying Light
This game does get better and better but I wish at techland someone would stretch the boundaries on their RPG gameplay. Its like they are content with being a Bethesda clone.
For instance it would be really cool to take an NPC out with you and include risk\reward dynamics that involve being selective on who you take on each mission. The risk of taking someone could mean they get shell shock and become a liability...or you save them and gain their trust.
Dying Light is fun but does nothing new to me.Last edited by JBH3; 02-07-2015, 09:04 PM.Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment

Re: Dying Light
I've beat Dying light but still doing side missions and it's so enjoyable, really miss the beginning where I felt weak and scared of the zombies though, but guy is strong enough not to worry to much, would love to play with any of you guys sometime on the xbox one. Add me "RedneckVengence"Comment

Re: Dying Light
Did anyone feel like they were grinding through the beginning? I haven't played very much, about to go for my first air drop actually. But it's not fun at all for me right now.Comment
