I don't think they are doing that 23. I think maybe it looks a bit Jerky because it is still very, very early in Development. Just glad to have a SOCOM style game back in the fold.

this is the type of game that will make me buy the PS4... but MLB is doing that already.. nothing beats the socom experience as far as shooter goes for me online and that was so long ago with SOcom 1 and 2 ... if this game really has that Socom experience and plays good.. this game will be big as all the old socomers will flock to this and leave COD and BF4 fast. I never had as much fun playing a shooter online as socom.. and I'm sure I'm not the the only one. some younger kiddies will be like what the ***? this game graphics suck compared to COD and BF4... well it's not about graphics for me with this game.. if it brings back that socom experience then I will be hooked and so will so many others.
