I hope they're integrating the servers as they're planning to do. That is the PC and PS4 environments. This would be a major victory for them.

Other than that, I love the EU servers. Just this past Sunday morning, got up rather early, 4AM est, couldn't sleep. Jumped online to play and there's 1600 + players on!

Nice find. About damned time it comes out over here. I am hoping all of our planes we have accumulated will carry over to the NA release or I will have a lot of work to re-do. I have a PSN gift card and I am not ashamed to say I will be buying some golden eagles with it.

I believe the they said we will be able to keep our planes.

That would be awesome. Took my Spit Mk IIb out today and got 5 kills and 2 assists in one mission without getting shot down. Awesomeness! Cannons are so cool.

Anyone provide some advice on how to paint my plane? I go to customization and finally figured out that I have to use the DS4 as a mouse pad but see no option to paint.

I see the decal thing at the bottom but I don't have any pictured so I guess that's not an option until I unlock the decal? Anyway, I do not see any option for painting even though during one of the loading screens it says I can "paint" my plane in the hanger. But how?

Oh, and by the way, I am addicted to this game!

You may not have a match as far as a plane, but I really am only an average pilot. I have just played a lot and gotten my planes set up the way I like. I definitely have a preference for what I like in a plane and cannons can be a game changer. You can get them early with some planes like the BF 110, but that plane handles so poorly it's hard to do well with.

I guess my point is to play a lot, find what sort of plane you like and stick with it. Spits are nice because there are so many varieties that you can simply keep adding new models to your stable and each one is better than the next. I am having success now because of my planes. I see many pilots our there that put me to shame, but I can still have fun and compete. Build your planes up, Picci. You know all you need to about strategy.

As far as painting planes, I have no idea. Maybe that is only with a premium account, which we can't have here yet.

With the arrow pointed inside the box, press the R2 button. This will open your decal window. Do the same thing with the arrow pointed inside the decal that you wish to use. A Paintbrush icon will appear for you to use on your plane. On the bottom right is a menu showing how to resize or if you want double-sided.

Let us know your PSName. We may get an OS squad in the future. Speaking of Squadrons, it sounds like it costs 2500 Golden Eagles (yikes!) to create one. Got this from the WT site.

Nicely done my man! Those cannons on the 110 are lethal but that plane cannot turn for anything. The MiG gives me fits, The Warhawk is a classic. I have had a lot of success with the Blenheim and I would love to try out that Tony (Hien). Keep me posted of you exploits!

BTW, how are you getting those screenshots? Love to show off some of my own planes.

You ain't kidding regarding the 110. I'm going to see if the upgrades my crew can do will make a difference. Bad thing about her is she's a target. I fall to packs of birds of prey. They know what she's capable of.

The Share button. It's an amazing feature to have. For a screenshot, all you have to do is press the share button, move to the image selection and pick either Facebook or Twitter accounts to upload your pics. You can share the link from your posted accounts or do what I did and save the image to your computer from either of those accounts, resize and crop (I use Photoshop) and attach the images from OS Additional options window.

The 110 sorta is what it is. One thing it is very good at is bomber interception, with those nice cannons. When you upgrade it, make sure to choose "cover" for extra protection from those tail gunners. When a game starts, if you see an enemy bomber, make a B line for it. And don't forget to upgrade your gunner's skills!

Keep me posted. Seems like it has kinda boiled down to you and me here. Hopefully that will change with the US release, whenever that may be.

I am trying to figure out how some people turn their planes going against the laws of physics. One second I am chasing from the rear, then the next moment they are heading straight for me. I have been playing this game for a while now and can't figure it out. I know some planes just aren't made to perform that way, but I am now unlocking tier III American planes and haven't come upon any that can.

Always look at the turn rate in each plane's stats. They matter big-time. Also, the slower you are going, the tighter the turn radius. However, the slower you turn as well, so there is a trade-off. And, probably most important, some people are playing with simulation controls, which, if you can get used to them, provide better control. I wish I had started with them right off the bat. I tried going to them a little while back and the simplified controls are so firmly entrenched in my brain that I just can't get the hang of them. I was taking planes out on test flights and simply could not get a handle on it. Bummed me out.

If you are coming straight on at a plane and you pass, and you know that plane can out-turn you, do not even try. Run! The speed and time he wastes turning should give you ample time to accelerate away and get out of dodge. And look for friendlies. If I am in trouble, you better believe I make a B line to the closest friendly I can see. Maybe they will scare my pursuer or go after him and shake him off my tail.

Believe me, planes matter. Try to always be researching and getting better planes that suit your needs. American planes were not known for dog-fighting. They used hit-and-run tactics most of the time. Test fly a plane and see if you like how it handles. And don't forget armament. The more guns, the better. And if it has cannon, WAY better. Nothing more frustrating than pumping round and after round into a plane, constantly hitting it, and doing no real damage. You can tail the guy forever like this and before you know it, someone swoops in on your tail and you are dead meat.

Good luck. I am no expert but I would be glad to help in any way I can. Remember, the plane is really the difference maker.

The US release will help, but the buzz of new games releases, recently launched games releases and free games lineups releases got the community " buzzed" at the moment.

LOL....You Openroad have come into contact with Sr squad members. Highly skilled kill fighters that are an elite squadron group. An example "RAF" before their hashtag name.(Royal Air Force). They're so many more. I believe this demo included some members of the PC community for the beta testings, especially against more skilled players as we got more advanced. I can't prove it but I know what I saw when I saw it. And we saw either intentional or unintentional "other worldly feats"

I can assume that we 3 are in this tier 3 level. If there are others out there beyond please holler back. This tier is an elitist group. I'm inside new maps against some excellent fighters, and more advanced pilots than before. Oh, and I came across a couple of Destroyers and a Battle Cruiser instead of those pilot boats. I've also continued my quest by using all 5 representatives.
