Re: UNCHARTED 4: A Thief’s End
Beat it last night... couldn't put it down! Visually, by far the prettiest of the series and probably the best looking game ever made for consoles. I'd agree it's probably 1/1a with Uncharted 2 as best game in the series. Once I beat Doom I honestly may go play through TLOU again for ****s and giggles.
Uncharted 4 = amazing. Naughty Dog does it again.
Ps: We need a seperate MP thread. Lol.Comment

Yah, not in a bad way. There are a lot of MP impressions and a lot of SP impressions. I think both groups would benefit from separate threads, especially on the MP side. Then people can link up and coordinate times to get online, share experiences, etc., and neither party (SP or MP) would have to sift through multiple pages to find the info they're looking for.Comment

Re: UNCHARTED 4: A Thief’s End
I definitely feel like sticking together as a team is the Number One Priority. Stragglers who are by themselves get picked off in less than a second if a team spots them and focus fires on him. Typically if I notice my team is facing one direction I will hang back and cover the flank, try to lay a mine at a common access point behind us.
I finally got my first rope kill. Not sure why it took me so long.

Game is so awesome. Might be my favorite MP on PS4 so far (I haven't played any CoD or BF this gen so I missed out on a lot of good stuff).
The rope kill was satisfying but for some reason I get the most kicks out of hiding on ledges and pulling people off to their death, as well as running up and mud stomping people who are trying to do the same to me.
Thank you Naughty Dog!
I have Helping Hand 3 and Scavenger 3 now (the highest level is 3) and they are perfect in this build.
Once I get my Hero AK and start getting Hero loot boxes I am gonna try to focus on a sniper build, and then do an SMG build"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Re: UNCHARTED 4: A Thief’s End
I know that there's some impressions in regards to the single player story but just look at this page, 90% is multi-player and from the previous page, it was also the majority of posts so that's why I asked.
I have no problem with multi-player being talked about in the thread. It just seemed that for most here, that's the focal point where as for me, it's all about the single player story.
Anyway, moving on...
Finished chapter 11 and currently starting chapter 12. Not going to spoil anything but there was an action sequence in chapter 11 that is arguably the best in the series or at the very least ties the train and building action sequences in Uncharted 2.
Unless the game falls apart (which I think has a zero percent chance of happening), Uncharted 4 is as of right now, the game of the year and it's not even close in my opinion.Comment

You say you don't have a problem but that confuses me because you've seemingly taken issue with the MP talk now twiceI know that there's some impressions in regards to the single player story but just look at this page, 90% is multi-player and from the previous page, it was also the majority of posts so that's why I asked.

.
The MP in this game is amazing, there's a lot to it, and talking about it doesn't hurt anybody or risk spoiling anything. Not sure what the issue is.
I've played single player for about 10 minutes so far, I can't wait to dive into it but MP has me hooked right now"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Re: UNCHARTED 4: A Thief’s End
It just baffles me that a game that's meant for it's single player story (as well as it being Naughty Dog's franchise finale) is having it's multi-player aspect played and talked about more. Would think that the multi-player aspect would be secondary after the story. That's all.You say you don't have a problem but that confuses me because you've seemingly taken issue with the MP talk now twice

Re: UNCHARTED 4: A Thief’s End
Maybe people don't talk about the single player because...
1. They didn't beat it yet
2. They don't want to spoil it for others
3. Multiplayer is fun
Have you ever thought about that?
