He gives you a great weapon too. Been using it since then. That thing with the 10mm Powered Suppressed + the handgun perk= amazing. I RARELY use anything but a pistol right now. Need to mod up a sniper rifle because my current one with 40 damage just doesn't cut it.
This game has taken over my life. Was home sick from work yesterday and flew through 6 hours with only 1 main story quest. I actually love the settlement stuff. Built a 3 story house at sanctuary. 1st floor barracks, 2nd floor "entertainment" and third floor is my room. Walls on 3 sides with a little deck off the other side for Dogmeat and a big staircase down to the river.
Is there a good tip to gain more people at a settlement. Since I put up a radio tower I've been capped at about 12 citizens. Added beds, water, little bit of food, but still stuck at 12.
Also for a TV, do you need to attach a wire to it for it work?Twitch: Goblue81188Comment

Got a double power legendary sniper rifle...I rechambered it to a .50 cal...plus some other goodies...it now has 200 damage...I name it...Big Mother F'er Killer"Im all jacked up on mountain dew!"

I happened to find a laser rifle with +50% damage to robots while I was on my way to my first significant encounter with robots. Great luck for me.

Well, I randomly explore and get sidetracked very easy to I run into Legendary foes often. I have thrown away more Legendary Items than I can think of. That particular Rifle I believe I got either during the Silver Shroud or maybe the Massachusetts state house...Just keep exploring places and running into trouble and you will find it."Im all jacked up on mountain dew!"

That actually looks nice. I ahve and support WAAAAAY to many settlements to be doing that metal structure. I made the mistake of doing it early on in Sanctuary and now I have learned. I will try to get some pictures up but I have EVERY settlement protect from outer and inner threats (as you know when you get attacked somehow they have blwon past your perimeter security) I have barracks and "community" area. The community area is only at the biggest of settlement but mostly them peeps are there to work and pull security! No free ride!
But I have all my settlements set up in a tactical way. I JUST now started to feel bad and place juke boxes in big settlements. LMAO Wasting my dang precious junk on creature comforts. Bull crap!

Haha, yeah, I kinda cheesed that and got it at level 4 haha.
I'm with you on the weight thing. I keep too many weapons. I keep a freezing shotty, a pistol with bonus bug/mirelurk damage, a laser rifle with bonus robot damage, kellogg's pistol,10mm, my pipe sniper, and a pipe pistol that has a 20% chance to cripple legs, but I mostly keep around because it takes .38 and I'm sitting on 925 of that.

Damn that's a lot to keep on you. At one point I kept a pistol, shotgun, sniper, rocket on me, and that was too much. Rocket was the first to go, then shotgun. By the end I carried two guns, a gauss for sniping (and it pretty much killed anything in one shot, all the way up to behemoths), and the alien blaster (fully modded it killed anything close faster than a shotgun, it shoots so fast and hits hard).
I carried a fat man once I got the one that shot an extra projectile but I found it pretty disappointing, I could hit a guy in power armor and they would survive, where instead I could hit the power core with my gauss or just tear through them with the blaster faster and easier with less risk. Was especially disappointed in the MIRV mod, the range on that is just garbage.Comment

I don't have any special weapon, but I currently employ Kellogs, a 10 mm, combat shotgun, rocket launcher, sniper and a hunting rifle, that I haven't used in sometime oh and a combat rifle. I keep a series of pipe weapons I have not used in ages
Nick and dogmeat are at max capacity as well. Might be a good time to improve a settlement I guess. New to this whole series so I've been neglecting that part a lot.
