Just picked up the limited edition version with the statue. Not impressed with it. The light feature is kinda cool, but I actually like my Statue from Arkham City better.

I honestly think also that some of the game is a chore because its not totally clear on what you should do at first glance.

Riddle me this, guys... Do any of these mission packs (Scarecrow, Red Hood, Harley Quinn) integrate with the story early or can I go ahead and start playing without them and download them tonight. This patch is going to take a solid 90-120 minutes for me to download. And it looks like all three dlc are another gig each.

The Harley Quinn pack does tie into a portion of the story. Her attack on the Bludhaven PD is directly mentioned early on.

Also guys, if you haven't gotten there yet, when you go to Wayne Tower later in the game, make sure to listen to all of Bruce's messages on his answering machine. He gets a call from a guy that I'm really excited to see mentioned especially if it's a sign of things to come and not just a fan service Easter egg.

Could only play this for about 20 minutes before my concussion kicked in and pretty much halted me from staring at the TV screen anymore. I tried to go to my Vita to see if a smaller screen would help via Remote Play, and they miffed on RP controls. While most companies are going with R3/L3 on the bottom of the touch screen and R2/L2 as the entire rear touchpad, they went R2/L2/R3/L3 all on the rear touchpad like companies were doing last year, and it makes using the Batmobile nearly impossible to do.

Nicely done, Rocksteady. Not.

Also, do yourself a favor and change the Batmobile controls ASAP when you can. Making it where you can simply tap R1 on PS4 to go into battle mode/pursuit mode and use L2 to brake and backup is sooooooo much better.

I picked up my pre-order at Gamestop while on lunch break. Traded in NBA 2k15, FIFA 15, WWE 2k15 (will be getting NBA 2k16 and FIFA 16 so I try to trade in while there is some value remaining) and was set to get 3 dollars in store credit back. So I went ahead and bought the season pass. Now I can't wait to get off work, get home and hope our daughter goes to bed at a decent time!

Another couple things I thought of to add to the impressions....

The grapple hook seems improved in terms of traversing around Gotham. It's a lot more easier to swing from place to place, almost in a Spider-Man-like fashion. I think they made it so that the hook points don't have to be as high and directly above you as before.

I seen someone ask if you get all of your gadgets to start out. For the most part you do. Also, some of the new upgrades look awesome. For example, you can use up to 3 gadgets while gliding. There's also a sweet Predator Takedown upgrade where you can grapple launch off a ledge and initiate a Takedown or Fear Takedown.

Is it the part where you're trying to pull down walls with the Batmobile? I was stuck there too and ended up stopping there for the night.

When you're trying to leave the place with the last plant worker and you're stuck on the roof trying to dodge the helicopter bombarding you with missles and tanks following you around shooting shells at you at the same time.
