Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
Superman game would have to done right and those previous games couldn't do in right in past. Maybe next gen with more powerful CPU and hopefully better game direction, we could get a quality Superman game. I don't think we could have gotten a quality game with current and past gen consoles. His powers, especially super fast flying, would have been hindered by past hardware.Comment

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
I was thinking that as well lol. The N64 version is the last one I can reallly think of. But there were 2-3 PS2/Xbox/Gamecube versions after the N64 one and last one was in 2006 Superman Returns.

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
That's the issue with a Superman game. With Batman and Spiderman, they are powerful but clear limitations. Superman doesn't have clear limitations outside of Kryptonite. Regular villains shouldn't be able to be a challenge for Superman like they would with Spiderman and Batman. Unless they have kryptonite weapons, most villains won't be a match for Superman. With SSD and more powerful CPU, his powers would look more believable. You'll have to limit his powers so he isn't overpowered, but still feel like Superman. Then need a quality believable Superman story.Comment

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
I think a Superman game would work if it was a very tight narrative with linear action set pieces (obviously the bigger the better). Heck, even give me some Clark reporter sleuthing.
I'm not sure an open world game would be interesting playing as Supes. It would seem like overkill to handle muggers, bank robbers, etc like Spider-Man does. And if you filled Metropolis with super-powered villains then that, too, would be overkill and redundant.

I think of Hulk video games lol. I think you used a keep word. Redundant... The beginning is nice. But it gets boring quick lol. Smash smash smash lol

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
Honestly, I think the Lego games have done those characters well, but they also have the luxury of having a big roster of characters to switch out.

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
I watched that Superman and agree. There's so much more that has to go in to a Superman game. There has to be a reason for Superman to fight a common thug. I was never into Comics and didn't watch that many Superman movies, so only villain I really know is Lex Luther. I wouldn't mind a more linear style Superman because a complete open world Superman might not work.Comment

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
Hi guys it's been awhile I'm just curious to know does anybody have a 240% completion us version gamesave there willing to share with the prestige suit unlocked?? I've tried new game + but I continue to be stuck in a few places I just can't get past..
You can pm me the save or share it here if you want. No worries thanks to ps4 save wizard max i can make it work on my account just by using the re assign feature that changes the profile name..
Then I'll be able to use it & don't worry if you send it to me i won't share it anywhere unless you're ok with it... but I would really love to have the prestige suit.. thanks guys

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
Sorry for bumping this thread, but I finally got the game, haven't started playing yet. I have a question: This article mentions that:
"You can see interiors of buildings as you fly past, and you can actually see inside, through windows, into some of the buildings........and then you can go in as well, which again makes it very believable and authentic".
Is this true? Can you actually see the inside of buildings and then go inside?
My Specs:
ZX Spectrum
CPU: Z80 @ 3.5 MHz
GPU: Monochrome display
RAM: 48 KB
OS: Sinclair BASICComment

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight
I guess it’s true in the same way that the first Spider-Man demo had the section where he was swinging through the restaurant interacting with tables and **** and then there’s nothing like that in the game. There are windows you can see and crash through, but you’re not going to be able to glide past Wayne manor and see the inside of Batman’s house, it’s not Yakuza.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it
