If you want to join the clan you need to make a call of duty account.

Don't do it in game, it won't work. Do it online.

After you make an account add me on friends and then I can invite you.

Haven't enjoyed a COD game since MW2 and I must say, so far, I'm digging this one. It's a mix of MW2, Halo, and Titanfall and I loved all 3 of those games. Friends and I started a clan it's pretty fun.

I thought I was going to hate all the jumping, but I'm used to it now from playing Halo so much.

It's fun no doubt, but I feel mixed about it.

                  I was craving Cod4 -ish

It has that tight COD controls and instant input reaction +

Looks good, graphics make it easy to spot enemies which is a +

Dudes far away are not pin pricks on the screen which is appreciated +

                  Very addicting gameplay +

The negatives to me so far are tied to the weapons and future stuff

Because of the exosuit and the more futuristic weapons, although balanced, I feel like strategy and uniqueness is kind of gone. A lot of guns even in different classes feel same-ish

I'm BIG into sniping, but in this game I just use the overkill or whatever and have 2 primaries. I do this because sniping isn't really a full-time option anymore imo ... at least not in a survey, move slowly and low-key type way.

A lot of people will love this because it forces more movement and eliminates 'camping' , but it also eliminates using things like going prone for the most part.

In other words, the game gives you loads of options but it kind of boils down to being totally simplistic and doesn't need a lot of those options because they don't affect gameplay or won't really be used online with any success.

So I will keep playing as a hybrid assault/sniper and have fun that way.

Maps to me are mediocre, while distinctive between them, inside each one there are a lot of places that seem independent WITHIN them making them harder to get bearing quickly.

This is all after only an hour online however.

no. But I will and think I may prefer that - I just wanted to dive in right away when I played. When I first read they had a classic option, I for some reason (probably a dumb one) assumed it would apply to guns/gadgets as well so we'll see how much I like that ... it will be interesting - there are ladders and such everywhere,

has anyone else gone classic yet?

I started off with classic to get a feel for shooters again since its been a few months. (getting old) I played 10 or so matches(classic) and its fun and had no issue finding a game in most modes.

I am really enjoying this cod though. I was skeptical at first when I saw the exo suits and futuristic weapons, but am enjoying it more than I thought. I hated ghosts and it was the first cod I didn't go to final prestige in.

my connections so far have been great and only a couple times have I noticed a little lag or a lag spike. overall ive played online for 2 hours or so and am impressed so far. I haven't touched single player yet and don't plan to anytime soon with how fun mp is.

forgot to praise this too. After playing bf4 a lot, this is has been smooth as butter every single match I have played, ground war or TDM, it has been blazing fast.

I decided to rent AW to give it a shot, despite all the recent CoD's having the same issue. After giving it a decent amount of time(over 30 games online), I came to the same conclusion that most people have: the game once again runs terrible online.

You can safely ignore the ping indicator, it just randomly bounces between 1 and 4 bars. I'm fairly certain its just there to troll people.

Its unfortunate because I enjoy most of the stuff about the game other than the terrible netcode. I don't know if dedicated servers would have fixed the problem but it certainly couldn't have hurt. I just wish poor little Activision was doing better so they could afford dedicated servers.

Playing Titanfall online, which runs so well its like playing on a LAN environment, then playing AW is pretty comical.

I guess I'll rent it again next year.

Anyone else noticed that some of the music in this game has a very "House of Cards" feel to it? Especially the theme with the trumpet in Multiplayer menues?
