I'm definitely going to pick it up. Saw an extended movie of it a few months ago and have been waiting with great anticipation. The lack of individual soldier control may turn off some, but I'm intrigued with the idea of a squad level RTS.

Well even though you can't have individual soldiers "move", you can manually assign them firing quadrants. If you don't want to they will pick the best they can. So it's not like you have total lack of control.

I'm really looking forward to it. My only concern will be how long the game is. Cuz 10 hours would really be a let down.

Was it disappointing because you weren't shooting? That's not the game's fault. This game never has been advertised as a shooter because it's not. It's a real-time tactical game where you're directing troops and firing lanes. You're never actually pulling the trigger.

It's a game that requires a quick brain, not a quick trigger finger. I can't wait.

Was it disappointing because you weren't shooting? That's not the game's fault. This game never has been advertised as a shooter because it's not. It's a real-time tactical game where you're directing troops and firing lanes. You're never actually pulling the trigger.
