That's a great deal! I sometimes just want to play the multi-player. Is there still quite a few on?

They should add new modes and maps and release the multi-player as a digital release only.

I still wish there was a mode with infected included. Just throw them into the pvp matches.

Yea Multi still has a pretty good base. And the just released new maps either yesterday or the day before. Only thing that sucks is there is only 3 game modes for multi.

I just picked the digital version of this game up last week from boxeddeal.com for $16 using the coupon code "slickdeals".. Game is excellent, and the online multiplayer is so much fun to play. Played along side a guy that had a silenced shotgun, and he was surgical with that thing, I was just glad to help him out..lol..

If any of you guys still play the multiplayer, add me..

The last set of maps came out over the summer. There hasn't been any new maps recently unless they added ones after beach and financial plaza.

Some new map pack Just came out. Because I have been playing online the last 2-3 weeks and it had me download a new map pack like 2 days ago

EDIT: but yeah, this game is still very populated with noobs and experienced players for supply raid. I'm not sure about the other modes as I don't play them as much

just became a firefly after having the choice ... interesting how you have survivors and then choose a side, gives the in-between matches a cool vibe.

My goal is to unlock the military sniper. I need another 2000 'units' as I have around 4900.

When I get it, I'll use other weapons until I can purchase it and change my game style after it. That will give me the best of both worlds, I'd love to be able to preview it just once though. To me the current best unlock is the assault rifle because you get the down then execution in quick succession, and no other gun can really interrupt it.

My fav map by far is the river camp one or whatever it's called (I never remember map names in games when I'm away from it) ... I love sniping with the hunting rifle. I usually get better stats though with other guns/bows since in most maps it's hard to engage at any distance, plus they crawl behind cover quickly. Bill's town and River Camp I can bust it out.

I really like stabbing people though too. I need to get better at it, but beating someone up after downing them is more satisfying in this game than any other game imo.

The molitov's I find are the only overpowered thing in the game.

This game continues to be a nice surprise, not only was single player crazy and fun, but multiplayer has HUGE LEGS! and it's the most balanced and fun multiplayer I've seen in a long time. Reminds me of gears 1 only more varied and balanced with more strategy.

I cannot recommend LoU's multiplayer enough.

Just curious to know if there is still a healthy online community for this game?, I enjoy collecting all the trophies for games, so if I can't get into a match i won't be able to attain them all!....

I've played through the story on PS3, excellent game!

I last played online a little after New Years and I didn't have any trouble finding online games

I hate to do this but have to ask, is this game worth picking up? I play sports games primarily with the exception being Metal Gear and an occassional other game. Is it worth picking this up now and playing it? Thought I saw online purchase for $20.
