Glad they brought Haythem back. He was the only redeemable aspect of ACIII.

That round circle is basically what you get in MP when chasing assassination targets.

        Why's that? No PS3 or 360?

Agreed especially since I quit playing AC III during sequence IV.

Multi-player? Must admit that I noticed there's a "send to fleet" option when deciding what to do when capturing a ship in Rogue. Have to see how that works because there's not supposed to be any online aspects in the game as it's supposed to be purely a single player experience.

I was speaking to multiplayer in previous versions. While playing MP you don't have eagle vision, so the circle is your help to find your targets.

Shay's Fleet is the same thing as Kenway's Fleet in AC IV. Actually I'm still playing that on my ipad and earning money in AC IV even though I've finished the game months ago. If be surprised if we got a companion app again for Rogue, but that meta game was a blast. You capture ships, and send them on trading missions as far away as Marseille and London and South Africa.

As much as I'm fired up for Unity, I'm keeping the 360 out just so I can play Rogue. I'm really excited to see the Templar side of things..

Okay. I never played multi-player and don't really have any interest in doing so.

I played the Fleet in AC IV on PS3. It was fun. I loved the mini ship battles.

After watching the 11 minute video of Unity, it reminds me of Assassin's Creed II in which it's going to be a slower paced game. Must admit that I was playing AC II in July for 360 but im on sequence 6 but havent played it since because it kind of bores me after a while.

I think Unity will be the same in that regard. Looks great and im still buying it at launch but I doubt that it will surpass Rogue for me personally. Also, I dont like that they added the "last known position" in Unity which I hated in Splinter Cell Conviction and Blacklist. Also, dont like that the gameplay video starts off with you "tailing" someone.

I played Black Flag for over 120 hours, would rate it a 9/10 but it would have been a 9.5/10 if there werent so many tailing and eavesdropping missions. I'm really hoping that Ubisoft cut those missions down considerably.

I'm buying Assassin's Creed IV for 360 tomorrow and the season pass. Had this for PS3 but sold my PS3 a few months ago. Bought it for PS4 but sadly, the PS3 to PS4 upgrade expired May 31st so I brought that back today and will just download the game on my 360 tomorrow along with Far Cry 3. Then, come November, I'll buy Rogue as a digital download since I know im going to at some point want to play through it again.

Wish Rogue was releasing in September but oh well.

New and improved naval gameplay.... Yuck. After Black Flag beyond sick of naval gameplay.

Unity has my attention because it appears to be the closest since ACII to an actual assassin game. Not just a sequence of historical events that somehow one guy was there for when he has no logical reason to or a with shoehorned tower defense and bomb making mechanics.

Seems that people either loved or hated the Naval battles in Black Flag. Personally, I loved them. They're fun and addictive. Obviously, im looking forward to Rogue as it's number one on my most wanted game for the rest of 2014.

Unity is fourth on my most wanted game list for the rest of 2014 simply because it seems more like AC II which to be perfectly honest, gets dull and boring real quick. I'm currently on sequence 6 but haven't played it since late July.

While majority will be playing Unity on November 11th, I'll be playing Rogue instead as overall, I think that it will be the better game.

I'm pretty excited for this as well. I hated AC3 and thought it was a terrible game that Ubisoft released too soon full of bugs just so they could have a yearly release. It didn't help that the main character was awful in the game. I recently got and beat AC4 though and thought it was the best game since Brotherhood (my favorite of the series). I'm really interested in them having a character go from assassin to templar and I hope the reason isn't as dumb as I expect it to be.

Huh. That'd be a fun bit of continuity. Adewale could be who trained Achilles.
