Question: Are challenges required to complete the game? I’m pretty sure I don’t want to do challenges and just play through the “story” (which I’m enjoying)

I don't think so. I have completed only a few challenges and hardly got any upgrades. You can play without the upgrades, though they might help.

The motion blur is terrible in this game. Still going to play it but really hate the effect.

The season pass for JC3 is $10 on the PlayStation for the next week. I had to pick it up.

Game was a complete mess at launch (fps issues/loading times, etc) but seems to be in MUCH better shape now. Having a blast with it - also grabbed the season pass since it was about $4

It was/is a blast. I never finished it, but I thought all the side activities were really fun. Some of those skydiving challenges are ****ing tough.

I've enjoyed the hell out of this game. Beat it twice on Xbox One, beat it once on PS4 and in the middle of a second playthrough on PS4.

I enjoyed JC3, but I spent much more time playing JC2. It was just a superior game overall, in my opinion.

I've read in reviews that the load times are crazy (on Xbox or others), is that the case? Was considering getting this super cheap on digital sales, but if loading is abysmal I can't handle it (not after Subnautica taking 3 minutes to load my game every time lol)

Not necessarily false but i wouldn't tell you to pass it up squarely on that.
