That game was exactly what I needed...

I have been in a little bit of a gaming rut as of late, but a story driven title like this was just what the doctor ordered.

I'm roughly half way through episode 4 and hoping to wrap things up tonight. There have been a handful of big story moments that have been awesome so far, but aside from that, I'm really enjoying the subtle emo/teen angst tone that drives through the entire story line. It can be a bit eye-rollingly silly playing as a guy in his late 20's, but everything in the world fits perfectly. I wish I could rewind time and play this game as a 15 year old, lol.

The story is solid and I'm emotionally invested in the main characters, and that's all I can ask for out of a game like this.

I have to echo many who said that this game has GOTY potential. Great story and characters from DontNod! Consider me a fan and hope to see more storytelling from you.

Like many have said, I pondered what to do at the end regarding the choices, but realized that Chloe was suppose to die and sacrificed her to save the town. I didn't want to kill her in episode 3 and surely didn't want to go back to her original death but knew it was the right choice.

The stealth sequence was a little bit of a chore but the dreamscape from past replays and conversation with herself was off the chart.

Finished episode one a few hours ago. I have to stop inspecting every single thing or these episodes will take me forever. Like what I see so far though. Also like the rewind your decision feature.

Finished episode 2 last night - was able to save her (remembered seeing that passage in her bible while inspecting everything in her room).

And yeah... I hope Nathan Prescott gets thrown into a fire pit.

I'm simply blown away so far - gonna start up Episode 3 tonight.

Forgot to mention, those who haven't seen it, go watch the movie Butterfly Effect.

Not a big fan of Ashton Kutcher but that movie was really good, IMO.

Just finished this up. What a game, IMO it's up there in terms of storytelling with TLOU. Amazing experience.

Fun fact, Chloe's voice actor was also Tiny Tina from Borderlands 2.
