Launch trailer looks awesome. Can't wait for the game although I have to admit it will be strange not playing as Shepard.

I have been thinking the same thing.

Also reminds me that I need to go back and finish ME3 soon....I never did get to the end.

As excited as I am for this, it is going to feel extremely strange with a different character and group for that matter. I'm sure whenever I stumble across a tie-in or Easter egg it's going to feel even more strange.

This was actually a major stumbling block for me getting interested in this game early on. I just keep seeing through the lens of my multi-game and highly immersive experience as Shepard.

So, every video showing off new features or scenarios, it made me think stuff like "My Shep would say this" or "Shep would kick *** with that." It's just hard to imagine using some of the bad-*** new combat features with a rookie, knowing who and what my Shep was. Plus, no more buddy cop awesomeness with Garrus hurts my heart...lol.

What has started turning me around though is the prospect of more in-depth exploration which is a big part of what I hoped they would expand upon after ME1 that was never realized in the sequals.

It'll definitely still be weird (especially at first and, like was mentioned, when any call-backs occur), but I'm hoping the new characters are engaging enough combine with the exploration and make the game shine on it's own.

Never played ME online but it's been one of my favorite single player game franchise I have ever had. Super stoked about the online with Andromeda tho

Most anticipated title in a long time for me.

I only play games like this once through so probably starting on Hard.

Been playing Longwar 2 on Vet so anything else will seem easy at this point.

Is there a campaign? Yes
Is this a Super Hero type game good vs evil?? We don't know the plot of this one, but Mass Effect 1-3 with Commander Shepard were a good vs evil story, but lots of interesting side quests and different ways to get to the end.
Is this a must buy? Mass Effect 1-3 were must buys. I can't say if this one will be, but I'm excited.

I'm playing ME2 for the first time (via EA Access) and I'm really enjoying the game, I mean it's one of the best games I've played, it's so deep and detailed, so much to do. I'm definitely going to finish ME2 and ME3 before I buy MEA.
