Anyone pre-order this from BB and getting out of stock message? When looking at orders.

Turns out it's my local BB... Apparently they weren't excepting the pre-orders they did so I can't play until Friday.

Fortunately, mine is getting delivered today from BB. I'd be pretty upset to be getting an "out of stock" notice on the day of release.

Yea I'm pissed and I let have BB have it... Mine was in-store pickup.

I'm getting a $10 GC out of it... So I'll take it, I guess.

Same sort of thing happened to me with Amazon. Mind you I didn't place my "pre-order" until Saturday, but it said it was an "In Stock Preorder" but that it wasn't going to ship until March 13. I figured that was just... wrong, or a placeholder, or something. However as of last night it hadn't changed. I was considering just cancelling it and waiting till later to get the game. Then I changed my mind lol. However this morning it still hadn't shipped and was now saying delivery between March 13 and 15. So I picked it up from a Walmart location on my way to work this morning instead and cancelled the pre-order from Amazon. So, I lose whatever bonus content was with the pre-order, but whatever. Why would I wait until March 13-15? What's the point with accepting my pre-order then? Not sure what was going on there, but I just went another route.

I don't think that's getting patched in, that's an intended feature.





I don't understand it either, but at least it's confirmed as going to be added.

Better later than not at all.

I hope soon enough because this made no sense at all. I use to have a ton of fun playing this online on the 360 in multiplayer.

I don't understand how this game didn't come with Player vs player multiplayer? This is an ultimate head scratcher since Ghost Recon has always had that.

reason I'm not even considering buying this game yet... I knew something is up and fishy about this game not to have that at launch.. when I heard that I knew right then this game would not be worth it

It's amazing to me how many times games get released now unfinished and have things added in as they go along. It's a good idea from the game company standpoint... they add life to their product cycle by continuously adding things. Sure, some of it may have legit been planned as a DLC addon down the road, but sometimes it's just unfinished. they can get away with it as long as it's not parts of the game that people believe to be key. PvP in this game is an example of that for many I bet. The division had similar elements. The EA Rory golf title is another example. Unfinished with the promise to continue to deliver and expand, but so much was left out and unfinished that it killed the game no matter how much more they delivered. It's a fine like that these companies need to be careful with IMO.


The thing this game has going for it at launch, even without PvP is the massive map and world that's going to give you the opportunity to still have a lot to do while we wait for it to come along. I'm a bit bummed it doesn't have it to start, but I think I'll be fine because there's so much else do to. However, if PvP ranks further up your list of importance, then yes, it's a big issue for some and I get that. that's where they've got to be careful.


I guess that's the other nice thing about these extended game cylces with games like this though. For the gamer, you don't have to buy right away. You can wait it out, and still jump into the game down the road, possibly at a reduced price and you aren't missing out on anything.

Are there any maps/guides out there that show how to quickly get a better sniper rifle? I know there is one in the mine I already picked up, but I want to try and upgrade my sniper rifle as quickly as possible.
