I agree about the new maps played them few times got and they get boring and can be a sniping nightmare.

I just finally unlocked one guns for support haven't had chance to try out yet but from what I heard it's only 20 rounds and shoots off target...and dosent do much more damage then the suppressive 15 machine gun I use now.

I used the Suppressive Lewis required to open up the first LMG and got the 50 kills (67 actually) in one round lol.

I don't think I could replicate that performance with the new 20 round LMG.

The BAR is still miles better to me.

I have premium so played several hours last night, new maps are all fun and well balanced. tried frontlines as well. Alot of fun if even teams, Had one round go for almost an hour with back and forth, we pushed them back to there area, then they pushed us back, and give and take, was really intense. So far has made me feel better about getting premium.

There really isn't much to discover with these maps. It's straight forward, limited vehicle, mostly close quarters warfare and it's a lot of fun. I've had some chugging issues with my launch PS4 once or twice, but other than that it's running as smooth as ever for me.

I think if it's mixed into the usual playlist it will help a lot. After a round or two of these maps get a bit tiring and boring. I'm sure Rez, being the killing machine he is, is going to love some of these maps.

I've been trolling around with a Shotgun trying to get the new weapons unlocked and I've manged to unlock 1/2 Assault Weapons (the shotgun) and both medic weapons. It's not too much of a challenge, but for someone like me who hates shotguns it can be a pain.

I also noticed most of the games I play (about 7 total) were pretty evenly matches and had close finishes.. I'm thinking that's because most people who play the PTFO and enjoy Battlefield would buy the Premium and have early access, but who knows..



I'm hoping the Fiance sees the PS4 Pro I added to my Amazon wishlist..

I can't wait to get back into some BF1. I am out on a job assignment and won't be able to get on before maybe Sunday. I might get a chance to play a little Friday also. So, I will look forward to catching you guys outside then!

The Ps4 pro definitely helps the game run smoother. I think you will enjoy it. I hope your fiance notices it, buys it, and keeps it wrapped as a welcome back gift. I can only imagine the look you will have on your face. You will run straight to the pro, unpack it, and start playing it, while your fiance and adorable little son waits for your hug lol. I am kidding about that last bit.

Guys I have season pass & I don't see the new DLC in the psn store is it even put yet? If so how to do find it? Thx guys

If you're having problems in Battlefield 1 with your premium pass this may offer some assistance in getting it resolved

If your Battlefield 1 Premium Pass is not working, try the following steps:

1. Check that your HDD hasn’t run out of space. If so, it won’t download. You need to go your system settings and delete some files and then try again.

2. Hard reset your PS4. Hold down the power button until it turns off. Restart the PS4 and see if the update will now download.

3. Check your PSN notifications and see if the update is showing in Downloads. Check that it’s not paused, or stalled. If it has press cancel and restart the download.

4. Select the PlayStation Store and go to Your Add-Ons. The They Shall Not Pass DLC may be showing there, allowing you to download it. This particular fix for Premium Pass problems appears to be working for many.

5. Battlefield 1 Premium Pass not working still? Contact EA Support on the official forums, or via Twitter.

Can someone tell me why this game says it doesn't support HDR but in the game it looks like it does? Like when you fly into the sun it's damned near blinding.

Seriously no clue but the sun does shine amazingly bright in this game.



On another note...

Haven't had enough time to dive in deep and unlock every weapon.

All I've opened up so far is the Ribeyrolles (assault SMG with a bipod) and the Chauchat (support LMG). I'll probably open up all the other weapons over the weekend.

Some of them yea, also some parts of some maps. But I can see everything, I mean hell in this game it's hard to see the enemy period. Let alone the new maps.

So how do u guys play are u all hard wired or Wi-Fi???

Reason I ask is because I play Wi-Fi because I use TV out in living room and I didn't wanna wire going from my cmp bedroom out through house.

But I've noticed severe lag so much that it makes game unplayable sometimes and has cost me a lot of deaths.

I may just have go get a long Ethernet code and use rug cover cable up.

Only thing I hate is how the load times still take forever. And I swear almost every time I boot up the game I have to exit out the first game that loads because they still have the bug where the map is completely black
