For many who pre ordered Madden 17 digital on the Xbox store could not get the EA Access trial version of the game to work. It simply wouldn't work at all for whatever reason .... EA kept tweeting they were working on it but really did nothing as far I know because I never got mine to work

A bunch did get it to work eventually but mine never started working. Not sure it was a Xbox problem, EA problem or both

I pre ordered the digital copy of Battlefield so I hope it works

I'm still debating if I should get the early enlister or wait til Friday. How was the battlefront launch? Last experience I had with a dice game at launch was battlefield 4 and we all know how that went. I'm just paranoid about dropping 20 more dollars without being able to play in the first place

BF has always been bad at launch IMO and from what I remember. I'm just rolling with the standard version and just buying the season pass. 3 days early for 20 bucks more just isn't enough value for me personally. I'll use that 20 bucks to put towards the season pass. Now if it were a week or so early, then I may have pulled the trigger. Just my opinion though.

I already have Early Enlister copy preordered digitally, but you guys bring up a good point about servers, so hopefully it's not an issue.

The other items you get with it are below. I thought we got a map a week early as well, but I must have read something else and got confused.

Be the first on the front lines - snag the Early Enlister Deluxe Edition today and get access to the full game on October 18, three days before launch. Plus, get the Hellfighter, Red Baron, and Lawrence of Arabia packs full of themed weapons and gear, and five extra Battlepacks stuffed with great items.

Honestly, I think it's true even though I went all out and bought the Ultimate Edition...... $20 for a few extras days is not worth it. Especially if you are going to get the season pass

Just put the money towards that if you plan on playing the game a lot and it will pay off much better in the long run.

That being said EA Access could be a good way to judge how the launch may be for the early enlisters. So wait until tomorrow to get a better judgment on the usually messy Battlefield launches

Hope to see some you guys online tomorrow if you are on Xbox
