I figured out how to use the medic guns finally. I upped the magnification to 2.
Horses are still OP but they get stuck on terrain too much.

Re: Battlefield 1 (PC, PS4, XBOX One)
I can understand why it may not be popular, but I really like the Rigotti. I try and keep it to five-round bursts to shorten reload times, but generally speaking, if you have to reload, your best bet is to be in stable cover. Probably why it works a bit better at medium-to-longer range engagements. Even at closer ranges, however, I find SMGs don't have as big of an advantage as you'd assume. The Rigotti can kill quickly up close, of course headshots help.Comment

Re: Battlefield 1 (PC, PS4, XBOX One)
Had a great time tonight with Ownalt and 3-4 other OS'ers on Xbox. Thanks for bringing me in the squad, guys.
I'm terrible at this game but felt like I was playing MUCH better with a group of guys communicating. This game is by far the best shooter I've ever played. I look forward to continuing to familiarize myself with the game mechanics and playing with a squad of guys from this site. (Playing by yourself is absolutely no fun in this game)Comment

I believe in BF1 the chat party is prioritized. So generally if you are in a squad full of people in your chat party noone will be able to pull you out by joining on you. Next time what you can do is join the chat and inform whoever you are trying to join that you are trying to join her/him. This way a separate squad can be manually created to mitigate the issue.Gig 'em, Aggies!Comment

Re: Battlefield 1 (PC, PS4, XBOX One)
Some of them go up to x4 and are excellent for counter sniping. I honestly don't see the benefits of being a Scout because of it. I've always been one for a more Marksman type role in the BF games, using battle rifles and mid-range rifles. You can move and still engage and med-long ranges while also getting "stuck in".
You can essentially forgo the scout class and use Medic in a hybrid role. Worked very well for me so far.Comment
