    I'm don't care about graphics. I enjoyed the original Homefront on the PS3 and it looked horrible, but the story was great and the firefights were epic. So from what you're saying, I'm going to enjoy Verdun.

    I think I'm going to download when I get home.
    Head's up: There is ZERO story to this game. The offline game isn't even a campaign. It's one mode that's pretty uninspiring.

    Online is really the only way to go with Verdun. And even then, the only one of the four modes that has any player base is Frontlines, which thankfully is the most enjoyable mode.

    DO NOT buy Verdun if you're expecting any sort of offline play.

      Uh oh

      That's a bummer. I was thinking offline had a story. I'm glad you said something and glad I read it now because I was about to search for it to download.

      I'm thinking I'm going to pass for now and wait to see if it gets any cheaper than $20.

      Thank you PK.

      I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

        Game is listed for $4.99 in the PS Store for the Flash sale so I jumped on it. Think this sale lasts until Jan 22.

          Not sure if many remember Verdun when it was released for PS 4 August 2016, and Xbox1 version March 2017. It was touted as a squad-based multiplayer 1st-person shooter set during World War I that brought much realism into battle but was undoubtedly an ugly game to look at with clunky controls. This undoubtedly made the PC version the real way to go.

          Seven or so months ago the consoles received a free upgrade that boosted the graphics fidelity to be on par with the PC version and just last week, the devs included another Free Update with even further additions and fixes. Check out the new remastered look below;

          Blackmill Games & M2H didn't stop there. Now, this past week, they released a new standalone game Tannenberg: Eastern Front for both consoles.
