Re: No Man's Sky Photography Thread

Just realized that the pillar that made an impression on me was in my image captures. However, the front with the words were not taken. Take a look at the 2nd pic. There was something on the side structure that caught my attention when the sun hit it at that angle. Didn't stay long enough to study it. Stupid me. Need to go find it again. You can also see some hieroglyphics on its side and its unique structure. Start putting on your thinking hats!

Those wondering if they're trades stations on the planet instead of going to a space station, I came across this. Ships arrived and left. Might do some mining in the area so I can come quickly back for sales. It almost looks like a airport waiting area.

Yeah, I have seen at least 3-4 of those outside trading posts with various ships coming and going on my starting planet.

                          Wow. Weird stuff.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob Neyer
