I knew it would never live up for all the Hype it had built up for it. Halo is one of those games like GTA that will have many games just like it, but will always remain the best.

I love it when games review the incomplete game, or so I hear. Maybe they were expecting it to be HALO right out of the box, kinda like True Crime and all those other games compared to GTA if you want to make that reference. It's interesting because even they spoke highly of it while it was under development.

To answer your question, I doubt a lot of people that waited for Killzone will let the scores get them to change their mind. Yes, it will survive.

Everyone who was beta testing killzone months ago said it sucked, was laggy with framerates like 15 fps, and the graphics were terrible. Guess they werent joking. Still through all the complaints from beta testers they still released killzone buggy and laggy. The Ps2 isnt a good machine for FPS gaming.

Play the game first ok, those issues from the beta ARE GONE. Killzone is all about online play which is actually pretty good. The game was reviewed based mostly on off-line play which is average, Killzone is still a pretty solid online shooter, remember Socom 1 got a 7.5(read the reviews) Socom 1 had alot of the same issues but was still a GREAT GAME.

The title was rushed and shouldnt have been released in this state. Killzone is a below average game.

Have you played the game or are you still going by the review?

The game didn;t score well, however until you play it you can't say its "below average game" There are far worst games out there. It may not be great but its still a solid title.
