Lol, yeah I understand that. Gamespot has a review up too and it doesn't paint a pretty picture either.

That 6.9 rating from Gamespot isn't very flattering...

Anyway, try visiting the Killzone boards on Gamefaqs, IGN, etc. People seem to be enjoying the game, calling it underrated and a blast to play (despite the technical flaws). I've yet to buy or even play this game (only because of GTA:SA and MGS3:SE) but I intend to do so. Judging from various comments and threads I've seen online, I don't think I'll be as disappointed as the IGN or Gamespot reviewers were/are.

I rented this and I must say that I was impressed. Granted, there did seem to be framerate issues and the enemies took "thousands" of bullets to bring down but the graphics were VERY impressive for the PS2. I could only imagine if Killzone had been done on some stronger hardware minus the glitches that everyone is speaking of...it could have been a GREAT game. I do think that it is at least worth taking a look at.
