Yeah I would be happy with that as well. I'd even reduce sniper damage in close unless a headshot. Snipers than would think twice about engaging in close. So if they hit anywhere but the head it'll take multiple shot's for the kill. We can talk about this all day but we all know they won't address it. As for War mode it's by far my fave & look forward to see what other maps it'll have.

I snipe 60% of the time, but I agree with you - but in this game it's the smg's that are WAY overpowered. They really need to address that first.

I have nothing against people who snipe as they are just using what's given to them. Even though I want sniper guns toned down I don't want them nerfed so much that nobody will want to use them. As for smg's yes they are really strong especially once you start unlocking the attachments for them. We'll see what happens but still looking forward to the final product.

Wasn't feeling this game when I tried it out. I think I am pretty much done with COD games. If they ever remaster or make MW2 backwards compatible, I'll be set with just that COD game.

He basically reiterates what I've been saying. Game just feels old. This would've been a decent cod... if it came out 10 years ago.

I haven't bought one in over 5 years, but when they mentioned WWII I was interested. I pretty much swore off BF too, after the debacle that was Hardline, and then BF I happened.

Needless to say, BF I ended up being a very pleasant surprise to me. They really committed to the setting and made for a unique MP game. Watching these vids of COD WWII and I just don't feel anything for it. I look at it and say okay...that's just COD again. All of the worst things about COD are still there. And it reminded me of why I stopped buying these games to begin with.

Something I really grew to hate with COD, and see it present here in the gameplay vids, is the gunplay. Like some of the people pointed out, it's all about SMGs. Why in the world would that be the case in a WWII game? On top of that, why does COD struggle to reward other playstyles? They force you to be an A.D.D. shooter player, because that's what the game is.

So yeah, I can happily say I will not buy this crap.
