I decided to grab it as well. Had some Best Buy rewards expiring soon plus the $10 back.

I am looking forward to a more grounded boots on the ground experience... Zombies, and Campaign look to be great as well... GCU FTW!

I feel like I really haven't seen it anywhere, OS included but not just confined to OS, it could be the glut of excellent games that have come out in recent times that has kind of stemmed the tide a bit, but I haven't seen the mass hysteria that typically is associated with a Call of Duty release. Since the Beta it's been mostly quiet from what i've seen.

I'm picking up my copy after work tomorrow. I am strictly playing the campaign. Not bothering with one hit kill multiplayer at all.

I hope some here are interested in Zombies I love the direction they are taking it with making it more horror than what we have seen the last few releases.

Friends, any word on the campaign and it's structure/story and length? I hope we're not disappointed. I remember how awesome COD 2 was for it's awesome campaign. I hope we have that retro feeling again from start to finish.
what format is everyone getting it on? I'm getting it digital ps4. Can we preload today?

I pre-ordered the standard edition at Best Buy. They are doing a midnight opening tonight, but I'm waiting until after work tomorrow to get it. I don't stay up late on weeknights anymore after falling asleep at the wheel on the way to work in September.

Really stoked to see the invasion of Normandy in the game.

Gamespot shows the first 11 mins of gameplay.

GameSpot's Miguel Concepcion played through Call of Duty: WWII's single-player campaign for our review, which will go up on the site soon. On the game's Normal setting, it took him about six hours, 23 minutes to clear the campaign, not including the time it took to watch the credits sequence. That's generally about the length of a typical Call of Duty campaign, so veterans of the series won't be too surprised by this news. You can check out the opening portion of the story mode above.

Call of Duty: WWII's story revolves around Private Ronald "Red" Daniels, a young recruit in the U.S. First Infantry Division who gets his first taste of combat on D-Day during the Allied invasion of Normandy. He's joined throughout the campaign by his three squadmates: Turner, Red's commanding officer; Zussman, Red's best friend; and Pierson, a stern, by-the-books soldier.

I thought BB had a $99 edition on sale just a few weeks ago for Xbox One and now there's only the Deployment, Boots on the Ground, Valor, and Standard editions.

I'm excited. I haven't really played a COD recently and have litle time to game, but I love WW2 and World at War was my favorite of the COD's so I'm excited
