    Re: Help me...

Armitage, I am going to help you feel a little bit better. I guess I have been playing sports games too long because last night I played the second level of Zelda for 3 hours and still didn't get past it. As we get older we just don't hae the time to spend playing video games as the youngins out there do.

        Well.. I did win a game of NCAA 2K5 , I beat Navy, yea.. but a win's a win..

However, I have yet to even have a close game in NBA 2K5.. I gave up on pro sliders posted after I just can't get anything to work even with adjustments in my favor.. so I decided to try default pro slider settings.. nothing. I still lose by upwards of 30 points. I feel like this game's the modern day Battletoads! I need to find some rookie sliders(in human favor) and fast

I am one person who never liked to use the turbo button in games especially basketball games because I thought this made it way to easier to beat people, but one thing I noticed with NBA 2k5 is if you are going to the hoop and you don't use turbo their is no way no matter who the player is they will dunk the ball. I have seen this time and again on a fast break and someone like Garnett who is going to finish strong on a fastbreak just do a layup. A tip for you Armitage is if you have a clean lane to the basket with no one in your way turbo to the hoop and the player will dunk. Beats the hell out of all those damn missed layups when the guy is wide open going to the basket. Hope this tip works.
