That's very odd for your PC to prevent you from downloading something.

I have a windows USB (it's a real copy from work). Do I just plug it in, and something pops up I can try that soon.

It's a little more involved than that. The best way is to boot directly to the USB drive and reinstall from scratch. That would rule out operating system issues.

Not sure if I made progress or not but I re-installed windows and loaded PES and almost zero lag. Then I ran CSGO and no lag again, even though my FPS ranged from 300 to 128.

Not sure if a fluke because so little is now installed, or if windows was the problem.

            Just a few more Q's:

            1. My PC says I have 15.95 gigs of RAM. Is this normal?

            2. I want to download Aura to change the graphics card lights but it asks for a version. I didn't know you could update a graphics card. Is this possible? If so, how? And if not, how do I see my version?

            As always, thanks for everything!

              1) Where are you looking at your ram specs? There is many areas you can do this from task manager, bios, pc about, etc. Here is an example of this little work PC and looking at ram from two different locations.

              <a href="https://ibb.co/jDE62H"><img src="https://preview.ibb.co/dv9vwc/pcspecs1.png" alt="pcspecs1" border="0"></a><br /><a target='_blank' href='https://imgbb.com/'>image hosting facebook</a><br />

              <a href="https://ibb.co/fKbKNH"><img src="https://image.ibb.co/jJoAUx/pcspecs.png" alt="pcspecs" border="0"></a><br /><a target='_blank' href='https://imgbb.com/'>free image hosting</a><br />

              2) A graphic card is updated almost once a month. It's going to be one of the most updated parts of your PC aside from the Operating System itself. Updating is done through the nvidia/radeon control panel (It's on automatic by default). Looking for a version "could" mean driver version but I would of expected it be the graphic card type, like R9, 10xx series, etc.
