Since im passing on Sekiro until the summer, I will probably give AC III a shot this weekend since it's free as I have the season pass for Odyssey.

Apparently the next Assassin's Creed is coming next year and will be in a Viking setting.

I believe that there's a chance we get two AC games in Fall 2020. One for PS4/Xbox One/PC and one for PS5/Xbox 4/PC. I still believe that the rumored Rome setting is real and for this generation with the Viking setting being for next gen. Similar to AC Rogue/AC Unity where Rogue wrapped up the "trilogy" of AC III/Black Flag/Rogue and Unity started a new fresh start.

Speaking of AC Odyssey though, im currently halfway through episode two of the Legacy of the First Blade expansion. It's pretty good and im enjoying it. Still dislike the mercenary system. Wish I could turn it off completely. Prefer the Phylakes that were in AC Origins instead.

I'm a level 52 and Medusa is kicking my ***. I've watched some YouTube clips on how to beat her but keep dying when I get here just under half health. Does she auto level to you or do I need to grind up a level or two and try again. One of the videos said you need to be a 46 before you try it but I'm having a hell of a time with her. Even with taking out the statues first, hiding and hitting her with arrows, and dodging the 3 lighting bolts she drops. Maybe I am getting greedy and running at her too much in between because I've been stabbed by her a few times that drain my health.

Any tips? Do I need to level up more or will she level with me?

If I remember correctly, the bosses auto level to your level. I think I was level 43 or 44 when I beat her. If you have a powerful bow with high bow abilities, it makes things better. I basically just kept hiding behind the pillars shooting at her the entire time. I think I ran up on her only 2 or 3 times.

Game is on sale right now. Both standard and Gold edition. I’m downloading the demo now but it’s over 70 GB! I guess it’s the full game for free for 3 days. Definitely checking it out.
