For me XBox has won..I sold my PS2 when I got XBL and never looked back.

Well I loved the Xbox no doubt, The only really thing I loved so much about the Xbox was the harddrive, I did own Xbox Live and, the problem with Xbox live I had was I never really played it that much at all, I got Xbox live in July again for the second time, and didn't even play online until I got Halo two, wich I indeed liked but got stale after the first two weeks. I must say I'm really not that big of a online line gamer. The real reason for me getting online is for the new sports rosters updates, wich I think suck and aren't updated that often. I could get rosters updates right here form you guy's on OS, there are guys that do better roster updates then the damn compaines anyway. Well I did trade the Xbox for a PS2 once before and I did regret it. but the regret was there real early after I did it. I sold my Xbox now over 2 weeks ago and I hardly miss it at all, I own the New Slim PS2 wich I really love and I own GTA SA, MGS3, I bought MGS2 again cause I never finished it the first time around, I also got NFSU2. GTA-SA and MGS3 are two of the best game I played in Long time. I just wasn't playing the XBOX all that much anymore as I used to. I been playing the PS2 alot more then I did the Xbox, so Maybe the PS2 is the system for me, I didn't want to own both system's at all. it didn't really make to much sence to me cause I wasn't even playing the XBox that much and I didn't have the time for both system's. Another reason for getting the Ps2 was I LOVE The MLB series and MLB only comes out the PS2 and I didn't want to miss that game at all. I figure with The new PS3 coming out In 2006 somtime, I think that the PS2 will hold me of until then, and with the New XBOX2 supose to be coming out at the end of 2005, I told myself I will survive until then. I will be getting the PS3 first though and hold off on the Xbox2, the new Xbox won't be coming with a Harddrive this time around, and thats what I really liked about the Xbox over The PS2, so without the XBOX 2 having a harddrive it's really got nothing on the New PS3. So that is in a nutshell Dookiemof

Xbox owns PS2 online hands down. The fact that you pay for it is why though... You pay for the great service you get. You don't pay for PS2 online so they can only offer you so much.

PS2 0wned Xbox mainly becuz it came out alot earlier. It's like Madden and the 2k series. Madden was around longer, people got used to it, and stuck with it. Xbox didn't change alot of people's look at the PS2 because mainly people would look at the graphics when they compare systems. And alot of people saw, Xbox wasn't worth trading in their PS2 for (graphics wise). Not many casual gamers look into the specs.

But what's the better console? Xbox, duh... That's common sense lol...



Oh and who ever said SOCOM2 has the best online play is hella wrong. I own SOCOM 2, play it all the time, but it's not the greatest. I mean, when I think about it, what's so great about it. It's a regular run and gun shooting game with a clan system (like alot of other games, nothing new), and ummm... That's it. It's just fun that's all
