Re: Did anybody get KOTOR II?
Originally posted by jfsoloYeah, I have it. I've played about 4 or 5 hours through so far. If you're expecting revolutionary changes, you'll be disappointed. Just in the few hours I've played I've already seen probably 20 minor, but very effective improvements in the game. If you LOVED(not just liked) the first one then you should love this one too. If certain components of the game (such as framerate issues, combat style, character models,) tempered your enthusiasm, then your opinion of the game will not change much. If you hated the last one, well, keep moving, nothing to see here. Being an RPG it probably shouldn't have come out so quickly after the last one. Had they waited and brought it out for the Next Gen XBox with a shiny, new graphics engine, I'm sure the buzz would be much greater. I can tell that I'm going to love it though. It plays more like a PC role player, which to me, is always a good thing.PSN: JISTIC_OS

Re: Did anybody get KOTOR II?
I played for a long time tonight, and I'm really enjoying it. Like everyone's said, it's basically just more of the past one, the storyline seems good to me, so far. I want to see what happens next. Not as revolutionary as the first, but sequels really can't be. Lots of little things are different, but it's mostly more of the same. I agree that if you really enjoyed the first one then you'd have a lot of fun with this one, I don't think KOTOR 2 will hook new people if the first one didn't grab you.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Did anybody get KOTOR II?
well, I've had it since release but haven't had much time with it since we were moving. Anyways, I played this morning briefly, enough to get the Ebon Hawk to the next planet. Got my character healed. I named him Dragonfly Jones. Good game so far. I look forward to giving it more time tonite."Never trust a big butt and a smile."-Ricky Bell

I thought you'd come up with something more creative....like JuJo.
My wife gave it to me today as an "early" Xmas present. I'm enjoying it so far. This kind of game will take me months to complete, I just don't have the time to keep at it.Comment

Biggest improvement is the fact that you can now get robes...LOL, but many they do look cool when your character is walking around.Comment

Re: Did anybody get KOTOR II?
I decided to wait and not get games as they release. Spending to much money on games in a couple months span.
So I'm pacing myself. Still playing CH, Halo2, and Half-Life2Joshua:
