Where do you stand with Nintendo's system? I personally have lost all interest in Nintendo, they just don't appeal to me anymore.

As far as Nintendo goes, I really think they should hang it up and let Bill Gates (who showed lots of interest) buy them. There DS is inferior to the PSP and their next gen console will be outdone by both Microsoft and Sony. I love there Zelda games though.

Once again as far as the cell in the xbox2, the first link i gave was recent (the one about G4TechTv's co-host stating that a close friend who works for IBM told him that IBM is giveing both Sony and Microsoft the same tech).

But I see come E3.

Nintendo owns the handheld market right now and they have just about since the first GameBoy came out. There has always been better handhelds out there, look at the Game Gear and Neo Geo, both great handhelds but they didn't have any 3rd party support like Nintendo does for their handhelds.

Which ever one was backwards compatible I would pick first. I have alot of games for both systems and would hate to get rid of them all for the sake of a new system. If I had to pick, it would probably be the ps3 first and then eventually the xbox2. I never bought a nintendo system before and I don't think I will start now.

Why not just keep the old system and play the games on that?

Why not just keep the old system and play the games on that?

B/c it's pointless to have 2-3 systems when you can have one that does the same thing.

Why would you keep an old pc when it can't run the newer games and any games it can run would look terrible in comparison? It's pointless to spend time and resources investing in backwards compatablity when you can just keep the old systems. Plenty of people keep old atari's and nintendo's, why not keep the old xbox or ps2?

You just proved my point.

They keep the old system b/c there isn't a new one that is BACKWARDS COMPATIBLE. If a system can do all the things your old system can AND MORE, why keep it around?? Should I keep a CD Player around if I buy the same exact thing but with the ability to play DVD's AND CD's?

Did you even think about what you were typing before you posted that?
