FIFA, NHL and 2k are all vying for my purchase.

2k is a must, second is probably fifa. Nhl is honestly just the same game every year.

Divinity is a great game, picked it up early summer. Not a type of game I usually play as the combat is turn based but I really liked it after I got the hang of it. love a good RPG but I am normally used to real time combat. I hope you like it as much as I did. The quicksave feature is your best friend and the game is a nice change of pace from shooters and sports games

I'm on-pace to entirely sit out a whole generation of consoles for the first time in my life, pretty much. I'm as surprised as anyone, as going back to the original NES, I've pretty much had a system in every generation. Gettin' old I guess LOL.

On the plus side, I have been all-in on the SNES mini. I wish I would have bought 3-4 when I had the chance, because who knew Nintendo would just decide to stop making something that people want to buy? Idiots. I'd love to give one to friends and stuff for presents, but apparently they are never to be made again. I really have no idea why Nintendo is so averse to making money. Their commitment to not selling something people want to buy is impressive, if nothing else.

Check the Nintendo site, as they were selling refurbished NES Classics last time I looked.

My overall strategy for this year is to knock out some older games before next years blockbusters get released in the spring. Their isn't anything coming out this year that I feel like I cant wait a few months for it to go on sale

Days Gone - So many mixed reviews on this one and I loved it. The game did drag on a little longer then it needed and it had some unnecessary length with side missions. I enjoyed the story and the gameplay so definitely worth the $30.

Uncharted 1 & 2 - First time playing them on the ps4 and its perfect for my taste of games. I was able to get all the collectables for both games.

Batman Arkham Asylum - I didn't really enjoy this one all that much for some reason it was my 3rd time overall and 1st on the ps4. Maybe I was comparing it to much to spiderman ?

NBA 2K19 - I spent a ton of hours and in the end didn't win a title with the hawks which I posted about on here.

Currently Playing
Watch Dogs 1 - I was afraid to try this one as I am really excited for the new one. This one is sorta old now so I was afraid I wouldn't like it. I am enjoying it more then I thought I would and overall you can really see the potential. The driving and car chases got on my nerves early on that's not a big issue now that I've unlocked some stuff to help. I really enjoying the hacking side of things and that makes it different. I am about 70% done with the main story and I'm not doing any of the side stuff. My goal is to get done before 2k20 comes out.

Yakuza 0 - I am about half way done and haven't played it in a few months. I'm not sure If I will finish it as I can't get over the non English cut scenes.

NBA 2K20 - Its not officially out, but i'm playing the demo trying to find the right build for my player. I am thinking about switching things up and playing the my career and online with my buddies. I will still do my league just may go the legend route.

RDR 2 - One of the greatest games I've ever played and I took my time to beat it so im trying to avoid open world games for a bit.

Spiderman - Amazing game which before I didn't really know anything about the whole marvel world. If I had to do it again I wouldn't play the DLC directly after the main game.

Detroit Become Human - my 2nd time playing this and it goes in my top 5 games I have played this generation. Its crazy how much your choices really do matter.

NBA 2K19 - Still going strong with the hawks in the year 2022 and play on a daily basis

Shadow Tomb Raider - I hated the first few hours for now I'm putting this here as I haven't totally given up on it yet. I enjoyed the last two games so hopfully it picks up and I quit dying and quit having to solve so many dang puzzles.

God of War Remastered - I have never played the series so I'm going to try the one out tonight that was free on ps+. This isn't the typical game I like, but I don't think I have ever not enjoyed a sony exclusive. Hopefully I like it enough to beat it since the new one is a suppose to be a lot better.

Currently playing Madden and just downloaded Control and Ancestors. Im liking control right now. Not too far into it. Ancestors is....different. Thinking these will hold me over until all the Sept sports games come out (NBA/FIFA/NHL)
