    Farming Simulator games

I've always been interested in these farming simulator games but never bought one. Now that Farming sim 17 has come to game pass I decided to check it out. I have to say at first I thought it would be boring but I am addicted to this game. Starting out small and building and growing a successful farming business is quite fun. I find using all the different equipment / machines fun and interesting , maybe it's because I've lived in the city all my life. Anyone else into these games? It would be nice to have someone to discuss/share tips with. I've got a month of game pass left, when it runs out I think I'll buy Farming Sim 19.

I have played every version since 13. Upgraded to FS19 about a month ago and haven't looked back. I play the PC version since there are a lot more mods available than console. I am lucky to get in a few hours per week due to my work and family schedule, but this is normally my go to when I need to relax for a little while.

I probably would rate FS17 a little better than FS19 at this point as there are not many mods available yet. But I enjoy 19 as there is an upgrade in graphics and John Deere is also in the game for the first time.

FS 19 is a great game. Picked up FS17 last year and enjoyed it. Picked up FS19 a couple of weeks ago and love it. In a strange way, I find it very therapeutic and relaxing. Sort of like me zen sandbox [emoji16]

I love farming simulator. My friend talked me into buying it when it was only $10. I was hesitant, but I’m glad I got it. We have a lot of fun helping each other out on our farms.

I bought FS 18 (I think that's it) for the ipad as I thought it would be fun and played it for about 30 minutes and got stuck on something and now can't advance not sure if its a glitch or what.

There should be a way to reset what ever it is you are stuck with.

'Farming Simulator' is getting its own esports league
More than $280,000 in prizes will be on the line.

Are you ready for some competitive virtual farming? Giants Software announced today that it will a run an esports league for its unreasonably popular game Farming Simulator. The first season of Farming Simulator League will consist of 10 tournaments that will take place across Europe. Competitors will go head to head with a chance to win up to $280,000 in prize money put up by the developer.

With the PS Now price drop I decided to try it for a month and guess what I see? Farming Simulator 19. I don't understand why these games suck me in the way they do. Last night I spent hours clearing trees from my land and grinding them into wood chips to sell , and mowing the grass and picking it up in a baler and selling the bails. I loved every minute of it. What the hell is wrong with me?

Nothing wrong with that JMD, I love these games. Mod support on consoles is an absolute dream as there are tons of great user-created maps out there. And FS19 got the John Deere license, which absolutely put me over the top.

The Seasons mod is (hopefully) coming to consoles soon, when that hits I'll get back into FS big time.

I have been anxious to try these type of games on my ps4 I just haven't done it yet. I tried one of the farming sim games on my ipad and I couldn't get use to the controls. I have had my eye on Tropico 6 for a while which Is a similar type game. I wish I could find a demo for one of these types of games to see if I would enjoy it.

When I was a kid I did something probably nobody in America will do this year. I broke my arm climbing on a plow for fun.

Farmers don't use plows these days and kids have more things to do for fun than play on a plow if they can even find a plow.
