Very addictive. I find myself wanting to keep playing one more turn over and over.

I've had this games isnce it came out and once in a while I'll put it back in. Next thing you know I am playing the game for 2 weeks straight again.

Great Game. Worth Getting.

It definatly is a good game, and if you have the patience for some of the longer games it is a rewarding game.

I liked 2 a lot better than 3. Often times late in the game I will have a ton of land and not one single square of oil, and there are only 3 oils on the whole map so I get screwed.

I liked it alot, but my disk just stopped working, A very addictive game. I am very intrigued by ROme Total War, is it all that it is hyped up to be? Is it a turn based game, or is it more like Emnpire earth.Age of Mythology type?

RTW is a turn based game. There is a strategic map that your units, spies, diplomats, etc are moved on. When you fight battles you can either choose to have the PC auto-resolve them or you can fight them on the battle map, taking control of your entire army. If you have a decent PC you can get some epic Gladiator/Braveheart type battles.

RTW is a turn based game. There is a strategic map that your units, spies, diplomats, etc are moved on. When you fight battles you can either choose to have the PC auto-resolve them or you can fight them on the battle map, taking control of your entire army.
