Is it worth it to have 2 systems?

I already have an XBOX and i love it but since i have some extra cash i was thinking about buying a PS2 but dont know if it is worth it to have 2 systems...there doesnt seem to be any good PS2 exclusive games but i like GTA: SA and GT4. Any opinions?

Nope but it is worth it to have 3 systems. haha

For some reason I have all 3. But my best two systems are the xbox and gamecube.

The gamecube may not have that many but what they do have are some good games. So for your second one get a gamecube. they are only 58 or 68
dollars for a refurbished one at eb.

I used to have all 3 but ditched the Gamecube about 4 months ago. Just wasn't getting any play. Maybe a PSP when it launches? That way you could have portable gaming. Just a thought.

if you have two, you should have an xbox/ps2 as your primary system, and a gamecube as a second system. xbox/ps2 have a lot of the same games. granted xbox doesn't get GTA until like 2 years after ps2 but gamecube games are completely different and pretty good quality.

I have PS2 and Xbox and I just put them in two different rooms so its worth it, plus GTA and MLB are on PS2 and the rest of my sports games are on xbox so its a good balance.

To me PS2 and Xbox are too similar to need both. I have an Xbox and a Gamecube, and I think it's nice to have the two very different consoles, but in the end my Gamecube bairly gets touched anyway.

Yes... 1 portable and 1 for home use.

I just got an Xbox as my 2nd system to my GC and it is a great combo. If you have any interest in it, I'd recommend finding one of the Mario Kart Bundles. Mario Kart still goes for $50. With the bundle you get that game and a 2nd controller free with a platinum Cube for $99. That is a great deal and you can get some of the best games for $20.

I'd just wait for GTA on Xbox if that is really all you are interested in on PS2. For me, I doubt I ever get a PS2, but I'd definately like to try out the Jak and the Ratchet and Clank games.
