After watching again, something I thought of…. That map they showed in the video, theres no way that is the full game map, right???

Thats just gotta be like the opening island like on FC5.

The setup is the same as New Dawn. Every region has a rank system. Basically, level gating. You can still go there but you'll get slaughtered. I look at it as a combination of New Dawn, GR Wildlands and Far Cry 3.

I watched Jayvee's preview since he played the game for around 5 hours via Parsec streaming which was at 1080p/60fps. Game looks great and was happy with what I saw from the Series X version since that's where I play my multi-platform games.

Watched two JorRaptor videos. His preview is from Joyce if I remember her name correctly as Raptor is on vacation and isn't the one who played the preview.

The map early on is like most Ubisoft games - the prologue/tutorial area. I have seen the entire world map. It's Ubi so you know it's a huge open world. lol

I'm all in. Buying my physical copy at GameStop which comes with a $10 Game Coin (that I will use towards another game) so it's basically $50 and then less, once I trade it in after I complete everything in the game.

Also, mini-map is back!!! Woohoo!!! Hate the freaking compass in games. Ugh. It's so obsolete to me.

The thing I like about far cry games is I know what I'm going to get. I'm not expecting game of the year, but I know I will have a fun time with it.

Looks like Far Cry. I don't mean that negatively at all, either.

I have an odd question, but since this game takes place in Cuba, do we know if they offer the ability to play the game in purely Spanish with English subtitles?

As far as I know, the game will have Spanish dubbing. In fact, there was a trailer last week that was in Spanish so I would be shocked if it's not an option in the game. Would definitely make sense to have it in the game.

Far Cry isnt an RPG.

I have watched a few previews saying that Far Cry 6 feels like a looter shooter which considering that there's gear in the game, I can understand it. It would also explain the health bars. I did see people playing and still getting single head shot kills so hopefully, this is more for those wearing armor and helmets. According to Ubisoft, you can also turn off the health bars as there's supposed to be a lot of HUD options available to the player.

Not a fan if you get a head shot that should be instant kill. Shouldn't have to put a full clip to kill a villain.
