I'll get when it comes out, if it gives me reasons to at E3. I'll end up getting both in time anyway.

E3 is going to be big for all 3 companies in swaying gamers to purchase a xnext/Rev later this year or wait for a ps3

9 time out of 10 ill get the first system/s to be released but i know 4SURE im not waiting in line like i did for the ps2 and scrambling like i did for the xbox

I may end up owning 2 consoles Xnext/ps3 look or should i say sound great sofar

And a next gen zelda&mario would be great but i can live without em.....

But i really dislike talking about the next gen stuff until E3 or near there because its still way to many unanswered questions

I'll keep my XBOX, because I don't know if I'll have enough time or money to invest in the next generation of games. If I do pick one up, it'll probably be 1.5 or 2 years after launch.

I've never owned an Xbox so the likelihood of my buying an Xbox 2 at launch is slim. I'll have to take a look at their lineup and what differences the console has over the competition in terms of hardware (which I expect to be minimal across the board, we are slowly entering an age where the power of the console isn't as important).

I have a PS2 (actually, 2 of them, long story) anda Gamecube and I really enjoy that combo. I get the first party software for both and Sony's much larger library of third party software. The Xbox's exclusive titles have rarely appealed to me (I'm an FPS fan, so thats one reason) which is why I never picked one up. I never got a Gamecube until the price was reduced to 150. Right now, its likely I'll employ the same strategy: buy a PS3 early one and pick up one of the other consoles when they come down in price. With Nintendo's crappy third party support (and decline in the quality of their first-party games) it is highly unlikely I'll buy just a Revolution.

At $400, I'll probably wait awhile, particularly considering the quality of most launch games. Unless these systems have games that are out of this world compared to XBox and PS2 I'll just wait.

Makes sense to me my XBOX seems to be serving me well so far,so until I get somemore info other then that $400 buck price tag I want to know just whats under the hood of that bad boy and read up on some serious details and specs.

Just something I do to save myself a bunch of grief and disapointment,the last XBOX I bought at its first release had those crazy "Thompson" drives and I ended up having to trade it in for the newer one with serious files saved to the hard drive and it wasn't feesable at the time to download them all and I lost some pretty good saves on it,so I want to know for a fact that this won't happen again because of defective or faulty hard drives or any other type of isssues that might come up. I'll get one but it won't be that day one release I'll let the hype die down some.
