    Half-life 2 vs Halo 2

Heres my review (note I played both games)

Graphics- Half-life 2 hands down much better graphics due to the Source Engine is far more advanced.

Plot- Tie im sorry but both have alright plots IMO

Multiplayer- Sure Halo 2 has great multiplayer but when compared to Half-life 2 which has both Counter-Strike: Source and Half-life 2 DM it just isn't as fun.

Gameplay- Halo 2 does have a great single player ONLY if it is coop and the fact its very short compared to Half-life 2, otherwhise Half-life 2 takes the cake here

Replay Value- Mods, Maps make Half-life 2 (HL2dm and CSS) In other words they give HL2 a hell of alot more replay especially Garry's MOD.

Sound- Sure you can have 5.1 sourond sound with a nice large speakers vs PC's 7.1 soround soun and a headphones well I'll let you decide that one.

Comfort while playing- Tie it's Mouse + Keyboard vs Couch and big TV (unless your a PC freak and use your TV as monitor)

Overall- I'm sorry Halo Junkies but Half-life 2 is just much better game.

    My Ratings: Halo 2 9.0 and Half-life 2 9.5

I haven't played half life 2 and I'm not a huge halo fan so i'm not going to say anything bad about your review but I've never gotten why people love using the mouse for first person shooters. The controller just feels more comfortable to me. Maybe my mouse just sucks though.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Well it's really because a Mouse is more precise, you can adjust the sensitivity to your likeing and it's alot more precise because you're using your whole hand rather then just your thumbs to aim.

Like i said before, it's really not fair to compare Halo 2 to Half-life 2.

No I haven't fired a gun before and I really don't need to right now. I wasn't talking about anything being more real, i was talking about it being comfortable.
