Re: WoW OSers?
I just installed the GTX 460 1GB as my card died last week. I'm liking it alot, everything feels butter smooth. Did alot comparing with cards and the 460 kept coming back to me after all my research and Newegg had a PNY (always used EVGA) for $169 with the rebate.Aaron

At least trolls have a flight form now.The tauren racial trait War Stomp can now be used while shapeshifted.Helen: Everyone's special, Dash.

Re: WoW OSers?
Had an amazing moment in the game about a month or so ago. Took my hunter and lock that were my mains for many years and walked back to their starting location....took one last look at what they had become, laid down to rest and look at the stars and trees....
And deleted them both.
What an amazing journey it was. From being a complete newb, to have the first complete set of t1 and t2 armor on the server, to killing the Lich King, to watching the entire catacylsm and world change...
The entire journey over the last 5+ years was fun, but I was finally able to walk away in peace knowing all that I had experienced, and feeling no sorrow in moving on.Comment

Re: WoW OSers?
So, i'm thinking of getting back in. Playing DA2 has me in the mood to level something
I'm looking to go with another DPS'er, as I don't particularly want to continue my ranged hunter. Looking for either a more up in your face DPS'er. I've read that Paladin's and Locks are good choices, but i've never played them before.
I haven't kept up with many of the changes in Cata, so if you guys have any recommendations, i'd appreciate it.Comment

Re: WoW OSers?
I would stay away from Ret Paladin personally, I dont even consider it DPS honestly.
Enhancement Shaman, I would suggest try that since theres the totems that a group will like to have for buffs and they put out DPS. Plus wolf form for traveling a bit faster while leveling early on (learned at 16)
And if you wanted to, you can switch to Elemental for ranged dps as a Shaman or go Resto to heal.Aaron

Re: WoW OSers?
So I've been thinking of running as a feral druid, but I have a question. I know you unlock different forms as you level (cat, bear, etc.). I'm assuming cat would be your dps form, and bear the tanking form? Can you dual spec so that you can swap forms and builds on the go?
I've only ever used a hunter, so there's a lot of stuff I'm unsure about. Thanks fellas.Comment

Re: WoW OSers?
Yeah you can shift into any form as a druid no matter what spec, but you just get better perks if its your actual spec (cat/bear/moonkin can't go tree is the exception). So I've been thinking of running as a feral druid, but I have a question. For example if you're a moonkin you can go bear, you can't do much of anything effectively but it can be a really quick oh **** button, like say you about have something dead in an instance and your tank dies, you can go bear and taunt while the rest of your dps can nuke it unimpeded, obviously you aren't going to tank it as well as a bear tank spec'd to be a tank but its something.
Switching to cat form for sprint is really nice to, I never did feral but my druid is balance/resto and I enjoyed it, feral would be fun to I'm sure I just didn't feel like playing another tank or melee dps at the time.
Mostly just fun and something to mess with if you're feeling extra ADD at the time, like you have to run a long distance I just randomly switch forms to entertain myself (particularly if in a group lol), also nice having the form for swimming.Favorite Teams:
