Well an update (I'll repeat it in the what's up daily thread in case others don't see it here)

Things are looking a bit better. My uncle didn't have the surgery as the family asked for info and asked if it was cancerous. The doctors don't know what it is but the good news is whatever it is seems to be dissolving now. They'll be using a camera to see exactly what it is tomorrow and if it's nothing serious then he'll be able to go home in a few days.
