Everyone, please keep Shortsoldier in your prayers

A member of OS has passed along to me that Shortsoldier (Justin) was hit by an IED, or "roadside bomb", the other day. When? I'm not sure at this moment. Justin also informed him that he was doing fine, but I think this serves as a reminder of just how dangerous the situation is over in Iraq.

Justin, I'll continue to throw some prayers your way nightly, bud. Stay safe, be strong, and we hope to hear from you soon.

Stay safe man and hopefully you'll have a full recovery man.

We all owe you so much for what you're doing over there. You're 100x the man I could ever be.

Re: Everyone, please keep Shortsoldier in your prayers

That's one shiny Purple Heart coming his way....

A buddy of mine who was in the Marines was also slightly wounded in combat. A piece of shrapnel from a pipe bomb went into the side of his thigh. It turned up only leaving a rather large bruise, and nothing more. He's totally fine now. (and out of the Marines).

But yeah, I'm not a very religious person so I'll just say that I'm thinking about you and sending well wishes in your direction.

Here's to hoping he gets home to us (and more importantly, his family) safely...
