Eat Wild Alaskan Salmon, or anything NOT farmed. Farmed fish is pretty darn bad for you.

good luck with that. Fish is expensive. I love Catfish, (you know i'm a country boy) and I hate when it cost more than 3.99/lb for fillets.

Red meat is good for you as well, I wouldn't totally eliminate it from your diet.

Also, I wouldn't eliminate Chicken from you diet either...just stay away from the fried chicken....A lean, skinless, boneless chicken breast is about as good for you as anything else out there.

Exactly. I've replaced 95% of the red meat I eat with Chicken and Turky (burgers, spaghetti, even Hamburger Helper). It's so much leaner than Red Meat and so much easier on the ticker.

I get catfish at Costco, I get like 12 pieces for like $15, I also get these huge pieces of salmon for like $12. Really godd amount for the price.

I wouldn't recommend totally switching to fish, it would be good to keep poultry breast meat in your diet as well. Nearly all fish not raised in captivity contain traces of mercury, the older the fish the higher the presence of mercury in the fish. Of course mercury is toxic when ingested by humans, but the concentration in the fish that we eat we are talking very low. However, it is probably not the best thing to replace all meat in your diet with fish because of the mercury content. The epa has some good info on it that you might be interested in. LINK. Also check this article out, it talks about how concentrations of estrogen and chmicals that mimic it are causing male fish to grow female sex organs! LINK. In any case, fish is an extremely healthy choice to add to a diet and is as safe as anything to eat, just thought you might want to know about these things.

Actually, this really isn't the case any more. Farmed salmon and muscles are fine now. They've regulated what farmers are allowed to feed them, it's much better and generally more affordable.

Fish is extremely good for you. The only fish you shouldn;t eat more than a few times a week is tuna and sword. There's a lot of mercury in those two.

You shouldn't be eliminating anyhting from your diet, period. Just cut what you eat in half. You need to eat everything but keep it in moderation and do some cardio for 45 minutes a few times weekly and you're golden.

                            Maybe I should try it!!

Curious, where'd you hear that? I keep pretty up to date w. health/diet stuff and haven't heard that about farmed fish. As far as I know, wild is still 100% the way to go.
